Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon is part of the well-known small batch series from American Brands and is produced by the Jim Beam Distilleries in Clermont. Knob Creek Bourbon was created by the well-known master distiller Booker Noe, who wanted to revive the taste of bourbon whiskeys before Prohibition. Before the start of Prohibition in 1919, American whiskeys were stored for much longer and therefore had a more intense flavor than today's bottlings. The production of Knob Creek Bourbon Whiskey The secret to producing Knob Creek is that every step of the production process tries to adhere to the standards of the time before Prohibition. For example, the grain mix for the mash is blended in the pre-Prohibition style and stored for at least nine years in extremely charred oak barrels.
