It seduces the senses with its delicate aroma of vanilla and caramel. On the palate it unfolds a tantalizing mixture of honey, vanilla and a hint of apple and toasted wood. Its finish is short but supple, which makes it a particularly pleasant pleasure.

Early Times Kentucky Whiskey 1.0L 40% Early Times was founded in 1860, when much of America was still untouched land. The name "Early Times" was chosen as a nod to the old-fashioned methods of whiskey production, which involved mashing grain in small vats and distilling the whiskey in copper stills over an open fire. Today, Early Times' distillation process has evolved and become more sophisticated, but it still delivers the distinctive, smooth taste reminiscent of the original American whiskey experience. Early Times Kentucky Whiskey 1.0L 40% is made with a mash that is 79% corn, 11% rye and 10% malted barley. This whisky then matures for three years in new charred oak barrels and in used barrels from the cooperage.

Its uniqueness lies in the balanced mixture of 50% malted barley and 50% grain whisky as well as an additional refinement of one year in sherry barrels. The gentle and sweet aroma profile of the Akashi Meïsei Deluxe Whisky unfolds in the nose with hints of honey, vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon and refreshing orange peel. On the palate, a mild and harmonious interplay is created, accompanied by woody and spicy nuances as well as a presence of dried fruit and nuts. The one-year refinement in sherry casks is particularly evident in the finish, giving the whisky a few fruity undertones. This deluxe version of the Akashi Meïsei presents a harmonious combination of aromas and tastes, which is brought out by the selected casks and the mixture of malted barley and grain whisky. Teeling Irish Single Grain Whiskey 13 years 0.7L 50% Teeling Irish 13 years Single Grain Whiskey is a masterpiece from the Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin, which is given a unique personality by its triple distillation and the use of mash that is predominantly made from corn. After an initial maturation period of 9 years in ex-bourbon barrels, this outstanding Irish Single Grain Whiskey is refined for a further 4 years in ex-Bordeaux red wine barrels before being bottled at a powerful 50% ABV. Notes of rose water, ripe cherries, cinnamon and red fruits unfold on the nose. The palate is pampered with aromas of summer fruits, berry jam, vanilla cream and orchard fruits with notes of honey. The finish is characterized by spice, dry tannins, toasted oak and persistent warm wood notes. The Observatory 20 Years Signature Series Single Grain Whisky 0.7L 40% The Observatory The Observatory 20 Years Single Grain Whisky has now been released as part of the Signature Series. With its name, the series pays respect to the numerous Scottish lighthouses along the 10,000 mile long coast. This bottling comes from the Macduff distillery, which can be found in the shadow of the Macduff Lighthouse. The 20-year-old single grain whisky matured in bourbon barrels and was created by one of the few female master blenders in the whisky segment, Stephanie Macleod. What aromas can you find here? The further maturation in ex-bourbon barrels has given the whisky a number of additional aromas. Sweet fruit notes meet vanilla and butterscotch. Added to this is the aroma of summer berries and subtle lemon notes.

Suntory has established itself as an independent bottler for over 100 years and enjoys a professional and high-quality reputation. Fascinating combination The unmalted grain used for the single grain whisky comes from the region around Chita. The distillery of the same name, which has only existed since the 1970s, is located in the port of Nagoya. Chita is a pure grain distillery. Grains are produced here and stored separately for some time in white oak barrels, Spanish oak barrels and old port wine barrels, thus producing the blended Suntory The Chita. This spirit is fascinating on the one hand because of the combination of different types of maturation and on the other hand because of its rare occurrence on the German spirits market. It is very charming and has an inviting freshness. Melons and citrus fruits marry with a sweet undertone of fine honey. Journeyman Corsets, Whips & Whiskey 0.5L 58,1% History and production of the Journeyman Corsets, Whips & Whiskey: The Journeyman Distillery was founded in 2011 by Bill Welter in the tranquil town of Three Oaks, in the US federal state of Michigan. Until a few years ago, the friendly master distiller worked in the family bank. This was sold and Welter looked for a new challenge. He traveled the world and lived in Scotland for a few years, where he fell in love with single malt whisky. The desire to distill whisky himself quickly grew in him. By a lucky coincidence he met Greg Ramsay. He runs his own distillery in Tasmania, Australia, where Welter was able to work for a few weeks. Bill Welter visited many more distilleries, mostly in the USA, and gained important experiences and impressions from every single one. Finally, the time had come for him to look for a suitable place for his stills. He finally found one in Three Oaks. The EK Warren featherbone factory, a former corset factory, was the perfect place for Welter to set up his own distillery. After an extensive renovation phase, production of his first-class organic spirits finally started in 2011. In addition to bourbon, wheat and rye whiskey, the craft distillery also produces various gin variations, vodka, rum and limited specialties. One specialty is certainly the Journeyman Corsets, Whips & Whiskey, which is made from 100% organically grown wheat. Whiskey made from wheat is quite rare, as the production process is very complex and can only be managed with a lot of experience and skill. The result is extremely mild and soft, with intense notes of vanilla and caramel. Storage in fresh American white oak barrels also contributes to the gentle taste of the Journeyman Corsets, Whips & Whiskey. Journeyman WR White Whiskey 0.5L 45% History and production of Journeyman WR White Whiskey: The Journeyman Distillery, founded in 2011 by Bill Welter in the US state of Michigan, just 100 km from Chicago, has built up a veritable reputation in the craft scene over the last four years. The spirits produced there in small quantities are all organically certified and impress with their exceptional taste and first-class quality. In addition to the standard bottlings, which include bourbon and rye whiskey as well as gin, limited editions are regularly presented, which often have a historical reference to the founder or the historic factory hall in which the distillery was built. Bill Welter dedicated the Journeyman WR White Whiskey to his father and grandfather as well as to all the journeymen who, after their examination, embark on a multi-year journey in order to expand their technical and operational knowledge and improve their own skills. The W and R in the name of the Journeyman WR White Whiskey do not only come from the first names of his father and grandfather, but also stand for "white rye", i.e. unaged rye whiskey. The Journeyman WR White Whiskey is made from the same grain mash that is used for the Journeyman Last Feather Rye Whiskey, which is also available here in the shop. This consists mainly of organic rye, which is supplemented by organically grown wheat and a little barley. The difference to its big brother lies in the subsequent storage. In the case of the Journeyman WR White Whiskey, this is less than 24 hours. The barrels made of American white oak are freshly burned out and during this time hardly give off any color or barrel aromas and only provide a slight rounding of the taste. Filled in stylishly designed bottles sealed with black wax, the Journeyman WR White Whiskey presents the natural, fresh taste of an unaged rye brandy. Taste of the Journeyman WR White Whiskey: On the nose, the Journeyman WR White Whiskey is extremely fruity and lively. Bananas, apples, grapefruits and pears form a wonderfully fresh bouquet that is reminiscent of fruit salad.
