The secret recipe dates back to 1947 and was developed by whisky merchant Ronald Morrison. The name "Glayva" means "very good!" in Gaelic – a reaction reportedly uttered by an employee upon first tasting the liqueur. Glayva Whisky Liqueur 0.7L 35% combines long-aged Scotch malt whiskies with select ingredients such as Mediterranean tangerines, almonds, Far Eastern cinnamon, and Scottish honey. With an unusually high alcohol content of 35% ABV for a liqueur, it offers a complex and flavorful experience. Fruity notes unfold on the nose and palate, accompanied by spicy and herbal nuances. The finish is pleasantly long and warming – almost like a classic malt whisky. The alcohol for the Bulldog London Dry Gin is made from the best east English wheat, which is distilled four times in copper stills after fermentation. The botanicals are then added to complete the Bulldog London Dry Gin. Of course, not all of the ingredients are known, but some ingredients stand out clearly alongside the classic juniper. These are the Chinese dragon eye fruit (longan fruit), lotus leaves and Turkish poppy seeds. The entire processing of the Bulldog London Dry Gin is vegan and kosher.     Gin

    Gin was first known as a medicine for stomach problems in the 15th century, before the British imported jenever from the Netherlands in the 16th century. It was not until the early 19th century that gin developed into a respected drink, when production guidelines were established. The base consists of grain and must have an alcohol content of at least 37.5% by volume according to EU standards. The addition of spices (botanicals) is particularly important, especially juniper, as well as various herbs, roots and fruits, depending on the variety.

Known in North America as a 'jackalope', and called 'Harahorn' in Norway, it refers to a horned hare. After a production monopoly for alcohol existed in the Nordic countries, which was lifted for Norway in 2005, the former Puntervold / Agder Brenneri (now Det Norske Brenneri) was able to operate its production and barrel storage facilities in Grimstad in the south of Norway. They mainly produced apple wine and the caraway schnapps that is popular in the Scandinavian countries. They were the first private distillery after 80 years of state monopoly. Following this process in handcrafted copper pot stills, a specially defined blend of spices and herbs is added and redistilled to achieve its unique flavor. The Oude Genever then matures in American white oak barrels, developing its final character. On the nose, it displays clear notes of juniper, combined with vanilla and subtle oak. On the palate, these aromas complement each other with wonderful toffee and the fudge known in England, creating a full, slightly fruity experience that elevates the old genever to modern standards without denying its origins.
