Tito´s Handmade Vodka 1,0L 40%
Tito´s Handmade Vodka 1.0L 40% The story of Tito's Handmade Vodka: The story of Bert Butler Beveridge II, known as "Tito", is almost film-worthy, as it perfectly reflects the "American Dream" that millions of people in the land of opportunity chase. All it takes is a brilliant idea, hard work and a bit of luck to create an empire. But first things first. Bert Beveridge was born in 1962 in San Antonio, a city of one million in southern Texas. As a child, he was affectionately called Bertito, which means "little Bert". This became the abbreviation Tito, which he still uses today. Bert Beveridge is not a stage name. He himself claims that his surname certainly influenced his choice of career; "nomenclature is destiny", as the saying goes in America. Tito Beverage began brewing its own beer while still in college. He tinkered with recipes and tried out different production variants, but his dream never came true - not yet. Tito's dream was to have his own vodka distillery. So he built a small still and initially produced flavoured vodkas, which he gave to friends and family members at Christmas. They were impressed by the quality and encouraged Tito to go into business for himself and produce his own vodka. The early days were tough. The search for investors was difficult; no one seemed to really believe in the success of Texan vodka. So in 1997 he founded Fifth Generation Inc., the first legal distillery in Texas, on his own and initially produced his corn-based vodka single-handedly and called it Tito's Handmade Vodka. He had to sleep in his car because founding the company had decimated his financial reserves, but he did what he enjoyed and what he had dreamed of for ages. And perhaps that is the secret to his success: passion for his own product and the demand for the highest quality that goes with it. Tito's big breakthrough came in 2001 when he won the Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirit Competition. He beat all the competition and left established vodka brands such as Smirnoff, Belvedere and Chopin behind. The Tito's Handmade Vodka brand became world famous almost overnight. Production and taste of Tito's Handmade Vodka: Tito's Handmade Vodka is made from 100% yellow corn. This sets it apart from the majority of vodkas available, which are usually made from wheat or potatoes. Thanks to the six-fold distillation and the sophisticated filtration system, Tito's Handmade Vodka has an extremely mild and gentle taste. Its aroma is clear and pure, with a subtle sweetness in the background that comes from the use of corn. There is no burning sensation on the tongue. Tito's Handmade Vodka is perfect for neat consumption and inspires men and women alike. The oily, velvety mouthfeel is impressive and certainly one of the reasons for the numerous awards. The finish again shows a pleasant sweetness that is never intrusive. Rather, it provides the special kick that makes Tito's Handmade Vodka so special. The combination of taste, aroma, Tito's history and customer-friendly pricing has rightly made Tito's Handmade Vodka one of the most popular vodkas in the USA. Try it yourself and be amazed!
