Whether classic, fruity, simple, or bold, vodka can be used to mix cocktails for just about any occasion. Discover our vodka recipes now and find your new favorite from our wide selection.

Vodka has been part of European bar culture for centuries and has evolved from a traditional spirit enjoyed neat to a staple in modern cocktails. Its clean profile makes it particularly versatile and ensures that other ingredients shine through precisely. That’s exactly why vodka works just as well in simple drinks like Vodka Soda or Screwdriver as it does in classics like the Espresso Martini, Cosmopolitan, or Bloody Mary. When you mix cocktails with vodka, you have a spirit on hand that adapts flexibly to the occasion, your taste, and the season.

Flor de Cana Spresso Coffee Liqueur 0,7L 30%
Flor de Cana Spresso Coffee Liqueur 0,7L 30%
Flor de Cana Spresso Coffee Liqueur 0.7L 30% Who is actually responsible for this liqueur? As a rum producer, Flor de Cana from Nicaragua has been active in the spirits market for quite some time, more precisely already in the 5th generation. Sustainability is very, very important in the distillery. The rum is already a premium fair trade certified rum! It is produced using 100% renewable energy and without any additives or added sugar. Spresso coffee liqueur Coffee lovers probably know Nicaragua for its world-famous coffee cultivation. So what could be more obvious than combining rum from Flor de Canã with coffee? This experience has now been put into a coffee liqueur. Amazingly, this coffee liqueur contains no caffeine, which is because the liqueur, which is based on the 7-year-old Flor de Cana rum, is refined with 100% natural coffee syrup. After distilling and refining, the coffee liqueur is stored in small bourbon barrels at the foot of a still active volcano. A fine aroma of rum and oak wood notes spreads on the nose, accompanied by an intense coffee aroma and arouses the desire for more! Rum and coffee are also clearly present on the palate, accompanied by a slight dryness. It is best served neat and chilled or on the rocks. If you want to make something like a 'cocktail' with the Spresso coffee liqueur, you should mix it with well-chilled milk or cream.

Smirnoff Vodka Red Label 1,0L 37,5%
Smirnoff Vodka Red Label 1,0L 37,5%
Smirnoff Vodka Red Label 1.0L 37.5% The history of Smirnoff Vodka Red Label Smirnoff Vodka Red Label is now the best-selling vodka in the world. Last year alone, over 26 million 9-liter crates of Smirnoff Vodka were sold. However, the Smirnoff Vodka brand has come a long way and was at one point on the verge of closure. We would like to tell you briefly how Smirnoff Vodka Red Label nevertheless managed to become the most popular vodka ever. The history of Smirnoff Vodka begins in 1818 when Ivan Smirnov registered the company "IA Smirnov & Family" in Moscow. Smirnov began producing vodka in a dilapidated building that had recently been destroyed in the war against Napoleon. Under his great-nephew Pyotr Arsenevich, a passionate distiller, the distillery finally experienced a decisive upturn. Pyotr Arsenevich completely rebuilt the distillery and finally presented the completely revamped Smirnov Vodka at a trade fair in Nizhny Novgorod in 1886, where he advertised his trade fair stand with a live bear. This bear also fascinated the then Tsar Alexander III, who then tried the Smirnov Vodka and started talking to Pyotr Arsenevich. A little later he appointed Smirnov as the exclusive supplier to the Tsar's court. The noble courts in Sweden and Spain followed and the Smirnovs became one of the most successful and richest entrepreneurs in Russia. However, all the effort and success was in vain, as in 1917, during the October Revolution, all private companies were expropriated (many Smirnov family members later died completely penniless). Only Vladimir Smirnov managed to build another small distillery near Paris. In Paris, he finally sold the secret recipe for Smirnov Vodka and the production license for the USA to his former grain merchant Rudolph Kunett. Kunett tried to establish Smirnov Vodka in the USA as Smirnoff Vodka, but was not very successful. A few years later, Kunett sold Smirnoff Vodka for $14,000 to wine and spirits merchant John G. Martin. Martin also had little success with Smirnoff Vodka in the first few years, but in the 1950s, together with his friend Jack Martin, he invented the "Moscow Mule" cocktail, which became a best-seller. This meant that Smirnoff Vodka finally achieved the breakthrough it had hoped for in the USA and a sales boom began which has continued to this day. The production of Smirnoff Vodka Red Label Smirnoff Vodka Red Label is a vodka based on the American model. This means that it is produced to be as tasteless and odorless as possible. This is achieved with Smirnoff Vodka Red Label through triple distillation, whereby the Smirnoff Vodka Red Label is distilled to over 90% vol. Any unwanted flavors are then removed from the Smirnoff Vodka Red Label through multiple, state-of-the-art filtration processes and it is diluted with spring water to 37.5% vol. diluted. The taste of the Smirnoff Vodka Red Label Writing about the taste of an American vodka, such as the Smirnoff Vodka Red Label, is always a somewhat tedious topic. The representatives of this vodka category simply taste too neutral. The Smirnoff Vodka Red Label has all the characteristics of purity, mildness and lightness. Furthermore, the overall very mild and light Smirnoff Vodka Red Label shows a slight residual sweetness in the aftertaste. Its neutrality makes the Smirnoff Vodka Red Label the ideal vodka for high-quality cocktails and spirits!

Noilly Prat French Dry Vermouth, 1,0 L, 18%
Noilly Prat French Dry Vermouth, 1,0 L, 18%
Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth 1.0L 18% The history of Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth Hippocrates already added herbs to wine and created an elixir that stimulates gastric juices and aids digestion, which is known today as vermouth. Noilly Prat is the big French brand and is intensely dry. Noilly Prat was created in 1843 by Joseph Noilly and Claudius Prat on the basis of wines from the Languedoc. The history of Noilly Prat actually begins before its market launch. To be more precise, the beginnings of Noilly Prat can be found at a time when wooden sailing ships were still sailing the world's oceans and had to contend with wind and weather. At that time, the wine barrels from France were often stored on the deck of the ships and were completely at the mercy of the seasons and the weather. This special type of "storage" made the wine very dark and gave it a strong aroma. When steamships finally conquered the seas, the wines also changed and they lost their rich and characteristic taste. This was also noticed by Joseph Noilly and Claudius Prat, who then developed a storage method for Noilly Prat in which the Noilly Prat is exposed to the four seasons. The production of Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth The production of Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth requires attention as well as a lot of time. The base wines for Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth are made from sun-drenched grapes of the Picpoul and Clairette grape varieties from the Marseille region. The wines then mature outdoors in wooden barrels that are up to 60 years old, giving them their unmistakable aroma. The base wines for Noilly Prat are then blended and the secret spice mixture is added. Nutmeg, bitter orange, chamomile and gentian, among others, give Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth its unmistakable taste. The mixture of around 20 herbs and spices macerates for three weeks in the base wines for Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth before the spice mixture is filtered off and the wine matures for a further six weeks and is finally bottled in the distinctive Noilly Prat bottles. The taste of Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth The dark golden Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth impresses on the nose with its fine and varied herbal aromas. On the palate, Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth is spicy and intense yet very mild at the same time - a balancing act that only a few products manage. Due to its unique taste, Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth can be found in restaurants all over the world as well as behind the bar. Chefs in particular consider it an indispensable ingredient in numerous fish dishes. In bars, Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth is the absolute first choice for connoisseurs in the world-famous Martini cocktail. From our own personal experience, we can therefore only warmly recommend using Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth in the kitchen and bar!

Skyy Vodka, 1 L, 40%
Skyy Vodka, 1 L, 40% The history of Skyy Vodka The entrepreneur Maurice Kanbar founded the company called Skyy Spirits in San Francisco, California in 1992 to bring the clearest, purest vodka possible to the market. Since he was bothered by the "spiritiness" of most vodkas in the affordable segment, he developed his own process to produce the best vodka for him. With great expertise and commitment, he developed a four-fold distillation process that is temperature-controlled. The production of Skyy Vodka The temperature control makes it possible to separate the fusel alcohol and aldehydes from the drinkable ethanol alcohol with extraordinary precision. After the distillation process, the pure vodka goes through a triple filtration process to remove other undesirable ingredients. In addition to the better and purer taste, a lower proportion of fusel alcohol is also better for your health than spirits with a high content of these substances. The distinctive blue bottle Like many other vodka bottles, the bottle for Skyy Vodka was initially made of uncolored glass. However, just one year after the company was founded, it was decided to use a cobalt blue colored and minimalist designed bottle. This bottle quickly became Skyy's trademark and its striking appearance is now a must in any bar. Skyy Vodka, made from high-quality American wheat, tastes incomparably balanced, round and extremely smooth. This inimitable mildness also makes it very popular with bartenders. Because it hardly influences the taste of other ingredients, it is ideal for mixing cocktails and long drinks.

Ableforth’s Bathtub Gin 0,7L 43,3%
Ableforth’s Bathtub Gin 0,7L 43,3%
Professor Cornelius Ableforth's Bathtub Gin, 0.7L 43.3% History and production of Professor Cornelius Ableforth's Bathtub Gin: The term Bathtub Gin has a historical meaning that is quite controversial. In the 18th century, the so-called "Gin Craze", or gin epidemic, dominated public life in the United Kingdom. The average per capita consumption of gin was a dangerous 10 liters per year, including children, the sick and the elderly. Triggered by an increase in beer tax, many citizens began to get drunk by making their own alcohol. In addition to pots, pans and tubs, bathtubs were also often used. These proved to be very practical, as they allowed large quantities of brandy to be mixed with all kinds of herbs and spices to mask the poor quality of the distillate. Gin consumption reached threatening levels and social life threatened to collapse. The Gin Act of 1751 finally introduced comprehensive measures which fortunately managed to contain the epidemic. Today, the term "bathtub" refers to the artisanal production of spirits. Quality is now the main focus. The illegal and sometimes inedible products from the 18th century cannot be compared with this. Professor Ableforth produces his award-winning Professor Cornelius Ableforth's Bathtub Gin himself and by hand in his small laboratory in the south of England. The highest quality gins are produced there in a specially constructed still. The "mad professor" is particularly proud of the cold compounding system he developed himself. There he extracts the aromas of his botanicals at low temperatures in a particularly gentle way and transfers them into the distillate. In addition to juniper berries and orange peel, these also include cinnamon, cloves, coriander and cardamom. The result is truly impressive. This is also what the judges thought when they named Professor Cornelius Ableforth's Bathtub Gin the best compound gin in the world at the 2014 World Gin Awards - a knighthood for Cornelius Ableforth. Tasting of Professor Cornelius Ableforth's Bathtub Gin: In the nosing, Professor Cornelius Ableforth's Bathtub Gin shows an impressive combination of strong juniper notes, fruity lemons and spicy herbs. All impressions are wonderfully integrated and extremely harmonious. The interplay of fruity sweetness and earthy-floral notes, which are created by cardamom and coriander, is particularly noteworthy here. This means that Professor Cornelius Ableforth's Bathtub Gin goes its own way. Juniper is still the dominant aroma, but in contrast to standard London Dry Gins, the complexity is significantly increased by the spices and citrus fruits. On the tongue, Professor Cornelius Ableforth's Bathtub Gin then delights with an unexpected power and intensity. The impressions known from the nosing are further strengthened and developed in the mouth. The finish is long and warming, the Christmas spiciness fades into the background over time and is replaced by a pleasant sweetness and fruitiness. Professor Cornelius Ableforth's Bathtub Gin is one of the few gins that also works very well neat. Nevertheless, it is outstanding in a gin & tonic.

Ocho Tequila Reposado, 0,5 L, 40%
Ocho Tequila Reposado, 0.5 L, 40% About Ocho Tequila There are two men behind the renowned Ocho Tequila - Carlos Camarene and Tomas Estes. Tomas Estes is "Ambassador of Tequila to the European Union" and is considered one of the most innovative minds in the industry. Carlos Camarene is a master distiller and is already in the third generation. He is a man who preserves old production methods without closing himself off to new technologies and ideas. The combination of traditional craftsmanship and innovation is the result of the cooperation between Carlos Camarene and Tomas Estes. Together they want to take the product tequila to a new level. An important goal that they are pursuing is the idea of bringing the "terroir" of the region into the tequila. Just like vineyards, the agaves on each plantation develop very differently. The production of Ocho Tequila Reposado While with other products entire agave fields are often harvested at the same time, Ocho Tequila is produced more carefully. The harvest workers, known as "jimadors", only select individual plants from the fields that have reached perfect ripeness. It can take up to three years for a field to be harvested for the production of Ocho Tequila Reposado. After the jimadors have exposed the heart of the agave, it is baked in large ovens until soft and then pressed. The agave juice obtained in this way is fermented in open wooden vats and then double distilled. After distillation, the wine is matured in barrels made of American white oak that have already been filled with tequila 6-7 times. This multiple filling ensures that the influence of the wood on the Ocho Tequila Reposado is not too strong. When Master Distiller Carlos Camarene considers the Ocho Tequila Reposado to be mature, it is diluted with the purest water and bottled. The taste of the Ocho Tequila Reposado Soft and delicate with fine vanilla aromas - this is how the Ocho Tequila Reposado presents itself on the nose. On the palate, the Ocho Tequila Reposado then becomes significantly stronger and impresses with vegetal notes and hints of cinnamon and vanilla. The aftertaste of the Ocho Tequila Reposado is also strong and very long. A very fine Reposado Tequila that offers great quality for its relatively low price!

Gustav Arctic Vodka
Gustav Arctic Vodka, 0,7 L, 40%
Gustav Arctic Vodka About Lignell & Piispanen and Gustav Arctic Vodka Gustav Arctic Vodka is produced by the Finnish company Lignell & Piispanen. Lignell & Piispanen is a family business founded in 1852, which is now run by the sixth and seventh generation of the Nylund family. Lignell & Piispanen was founded by Gustav Ranin, who acquired the then very well-known "Crown Distillery" in the city of Kuopio in 1859, just a few years after its founding. The Crown Distillery was founded in 1783 by King Gustav III of Sweden and was already one of the most technologically advanced distilleries in the country. Gustav Ranin introduced a company philosophy that placed particular emphasis on respecting the Nordic wilderness and working with the products it provided. Based on this philosophy, Gustav Ranin developed the recipe for a vodka that laid the foundation for the success of the Lignell & Piispanen company. About Gustav Arctic Vodka Gustav Arctic Vodka is still produced today according to Gustav Ranin's almost unchanged recipe. This means that the best wheat is distilled in a multiple distillation process to produce high-proof Gustav Arctiv Vodka. This is then filtered and diluted with fine arctic spring water to a pleasant 40% ABV. This is how a lot of manual work results in a very pure and high-quality vodka that is known far beyond the country's borders. The taste of Gustav Arctic Vodka Gustav Arctic Vodka is a very dry vodka that never seems too sharp. The mouthfeel of Gustav Arctic Vodka can best be described as gentle. Fine aromas of grain dominate the taste and can still be clearly perceived in the aftertaste, which is relatively long for a vodka. Due to its very well-rounded taste, Gustav Arctic Vodka is ideal for drinking neat. Whether lightly or heavily chilled is something every connoisseur has to decide for themselves. But Gustav Arctic Vodka unfolds its enormous potential not only neat, but also in cocktails. A vodka for connoisseurs and gourmets!

The Bitter Truth Violet Liqueur, 0,5 L, 22%

Average rating of 5 out of 5 stars

The Bitter Truth Violet Liqueur, 0,5 L, 22%
The Bitter Truth Violet Liqueur, 0.5 L, 22% Cocktail bitters over time Cocktail bitters have a long tradition and many of the old cocktail recipes call for their use. Like the heart of cocktail culture, the center of cocktail bitters production at that time was in the USA. With the start of Prohibition in 1919, however, as with many other spirits companies, the fate of most bitters manufacturers was sealed. Only a few brands, such as Angostura Bitters, survived the dry period, but were never able to regain their former glory. Along with cocktail bitters, many classic cocktails were forgotten and for many decades colorful drinks with lots of cream and coconut liqueur were the most popular drinks in many bars. This was not to change until the beginning of the 21st century, when classic cocktails slowly came back into fashion. Unfortunately, the drinks could often not be recreated true to the original because a crucial ingredient was missing - the cocktail bitters. The two internationally known bartenders Stephan Berg & Alexander Hauck were also aware of this problem and founded the company "The Bitter Truth" in 2005. The aim of this small factory was to bring long-forgotten cocktail bitters back to life and thus enable bartenders and connoisseurs to mix classic cocktail bitters again. Classic bitters, liqueurs and spirits Both Stephan Berg and Alexander Hauck made their own bitters by hand during their active time as bartenders in order to be able to offer their guests high-quality cocktails. In the large collection of historical cocktail books that Stephan Berg owns, the two found inspiration for recipes, which they then refined further. The first bitters they brought onto the market were a Lemon Bitters, an Orange Bitters and the famous Aromatic Bitters. Numerous other bitters followed, such as the Celery Bitters, which was voted "Spirit of the Year" by Mixology Magazine in 2008. Over the years, however, Berg and Hauck also realized that there was also a demand for old spirits and liqueurs that were difficult or no longer available in their original form. One of these liqueurs is a violet liqueur - the Violet Liqueur! The taste of the Violet Liqueur The Violet Liqueur from The Bitter Truth is made from the flowers of wild violets from the Alpine foothills. These are married with a little sugar and the finest grain brandy. Light in body, with subtle floral notes, the sugar content in The Bitter Truth Violet Liqueur was deliberately reduced. This creates a very natural and fresh taste that comes across very well in cocktails such as Aviation, Blue Moon or Violet Fizz. The delicate, elegant aromas of the violets are captured in an impressive way in this Violet Liqueur. The Violet Liqueur is also a real treat neat, on ice or with sparkling wine. Recommended!
