Who is actually responsible for this liqueur?

As a rum producer, Flor de Cana from Nicaragua has been active in the spirits market for quite some time, more precisely already in the 5th generation. Sustainability is very, very important in the distillery. The rum is already a premium fair trade certified rum! It is produced using 100% renewable energy and without any additives or added sugar.

Spresso coffee liqueur

Coffee lovers probably know Nicaragua for its world-famous coffee cultivation. So what could be more obvious than combining rum from Flor de Canã with coffee? This experience has now been put into a coffee liqueur.
Amazingly, this coffee liqueur contains no caffeine, which is because the liqueur, which is based on the 7-year-old Flor de Cana rum, is refined with 100% natural coffee syrup.
After distilling and refining, the coffee liqueur is stored in small bourbon barrels at the foot of a still active volcano.
A fine aroma of rum and oak wood notes spreads on the nose, accompanied by an intense coffee aroma and arouses the desire for more! Rum and coffee are also clearly present on the palate, accompanied by a slight dryness.

It is best served neat and chilled or on the rocks. If you want to make something like a 'cocktail' with the Spresso coffee liqueur, you should mix it with well-chilled milk or cream.

Brinley Shipwreck Coffee 0,7L 36%
Brinley Shipwreck Coffee, 0.7L 36% The story of Brinley Rum In the middle of the Caribbean lies the idyllic island of St. Kitts, which is also known by its old name Saint Christopher. Together with the island of Nevis, it forms the island state of St. Kitts and Nevis and is considered a paradise for holidaymakers, among other things because of its long sandy beaches and beautiful bays. The entrepreneur Bob Brinley was once also captivated by the charm of the island and decided to settle down on St. Kitts with his electronics company. The company manufactured temperature sensors and was successful on the market for a long time before it was finally forced to close. In order to be able to continue living on his dream island, Bob Brinley and his son Zach decided to try something completely new - rum! Zach gave up his well-paid job on Wall Street and founded the Brinley Rum company with his father. From the beginning, the family company's goal was to develop the smoothest spiced rum in the world. The first product was a vanilla rum that not only tasted great to the island's residents and visitors. Just a few months after the product launch, Brinley Rum Vanilla won two gold medals at the prestigious International Rum Festival in Newfoundland. Encouraged by this success, father and son decided to produce more aromatic rums and in the following years brought Brinley Rum Mango, Coconut and Coffee onto the market - all made with natural ingredients. The taste of the products also convinced the renowned US sales partner Opici, who from then on listed Brinley rums in their portfolio. The exclusive spiced rums have recently been available in Germany and are already very popular. The Brinley Shipwreck Coffee The rum used for the Brinley Shipwreck Coffee was carefully distilled from molasses using old methods. Rum made from molasses brings with it many aromas and is therefore ideal for making spiced rum. The base rum is flavored with coffee beans from Brazil, which have a very natural taste. The Brinley Rum Coffee is best enjoyed on ice cubes on a warm summer day!

Espero Creole Coffee and Rum 0,7L 40%
Espero Creole Coffee and Rum 0.7L 40% Special features of Espero Coffee & Rum A very specific process was chosen for the production of Espero Coffee & Rum. The Nicaraguan premium coffee beans from the Matagalpa area are finely ground together with the finest Bourbon vanilla pods from Madagascar and then cold brewed. This produces a fine aroma with less bitterness than hot brewing. The cold brewed coffee is then married with 7-year-old Dominican rum. The result: a delicious coffee liqueur with a natural sweetness, so that only a touch of raw sugar is needed for additional sweetness. In terms of taste, the Ron Espero Coffee & Rum impresses with a strong aroma and exudes a certain finesse and elegance. The use of the best coffee beans from Nicaragua and the best vanilla pods from the Dominican Republic pays off here, giving the coffee liqueur a particularly fine and strong aroma with a pleasant sweetness and slightly bitter notes.

PSM Kaffeelikör 0,04L 30%
PSM coffee liqueur 0.04L 30% Prussian spirits factory The PSM is now both a museum and a factory. Founded by Kaiser Wilhelm I, the factory, which was then a teaching and research institute, was intended to get the Prussian spirits culture rolling. Unlike in Scotland, France or Russia, people in this country had not yet been able to identify with a particular spirit. Today, there is no specific product that the PSM stands for, but the company has built up a good reputation with its promise of high quality. In addition to vodka and gin, there are also herbs & bitters, grain spirits and liqueurs. The range now includes around 60 different spirits, all of premium quality. Coffee liqueur made from highland coffee The coffee liqueur is made with an extract from high-quality mountain coffee. These beans, also known as Araica, are of higher quality than Robusta beans and also have a finer flavor profile. Arabica beans are generally slightly sweet, have aromas of chocolate and some fruity aspects. The acid profile is also significantly lower, as is the caffeine content. Of course, the aromas vary from growing region to growing region, but the use of this better quality once again shows the premium quality of PSM spirits. The coffee liqueur has a strong coffee flavor. On the palate, notes of fresh vanilla and tonka bean round off the aroma. In the aftertaste, however, these then give way again to the great coffee aroma, which now prevails over the long term. Here, too, we have the miniature version for those interested.

Metelka Tea Spirit Georgia 0,7L 41,2%
Metelka Tea Spirit Georgia 0.7L 41.2% Georgia An intensive conversation about the world of liqueurs and the invigorating effect of tea gave rise to an incredible idea: an innovation like never before: the combination of high-quality tea and a spirit. You think that doesn't work? We say YES! The idea at the beginning was to combine two opposites. Georgian whole-leaf black tea, brandy from Chile and linden honey from Moravia were to form a harmonious combination that no one had ever seen before in this form. The road to today's end product, the Metelka Tea Spirit, was rocky, but together with friends and experts, things became a lot easier. Tasting The best way to enjoy this extremely special drop is simply pure as cognac in a large swirl glass. This is how it develops its great aromas best. If you like, you can add a few ice cubes and a little orange peel. The manufacturer has also already produced one or two cocktail recipes with the Metelka Tea Spirit. How about an Old Fashion, for example? Here is the recipe: 6 cl Tea Spirit 1 cl sugar syrup Bitters to taste Orange/grapefruit flavor Orange peel Ice cubes
