Manguin Mandarine Liqueur 0.5L 40% Maison Maguin For over 60 years, Maison Maguin on the island of Barthelasse has been producing the finest fruit brandies and liqueurs to the best of its knowledge and belief based on Claude Manguin's legacy. In the 1940s, Claude Manguin planted several dozen hectares of pear and peach trees as well as other exceptional fruits. Almost twenty years later, they began distilling these fruits and the famous 'La Poire Manguin' with a whole pear in the bottle quickly became the best known product. Under the current management of Emmanuel and Béatrice Hanquiez, high-quality brandies are produced every year. Claude Manguin gives the two of them so much leeway here, because almost any ingredient can be processed into a liqueur. This is also reflected in the product portfolio of Maison Maguin. In addition to a lavender liqueur, you can also find an olive gin or the mandarin liqueur that is now being presented.

Safari Exotic Fruit Liqueur, 0.7L 20% Background to Safari Exotic Fruit Liqueur Safari Exotic Fruit Liqueur is a delicate fruit liqueur produced in the Netherlands and distributed by the famous spirits company Diageo. It is known worldwide for its strong aromas of tropical fruits. It is a truly difficult task to capture the complex scents and flavors of ripe South Sea fruits and to embed them authentically in a liqueur. The art is usually to make the fruit notes appear neither too intrusive nor synthetic and to create a harmonious overall picture of all the aromas involved, despite the mostly exotic scents and flavors. At the same time, the abundance of fruit variations should not just be a means to an end, but should offer real added value through a special taste profile. The Safari Exotic Fruit Liqueur impressively demonstrates how a fruit liqueur should taste and is therefore predestined for use in cocktails and mixed drinks of all kinds. Taste of the Safari Exotic Fruit Liqueur The Safari Exotic Fruit Liqueur has an incredibly intense aroma of tropical fruits. Notes of ripe passion fruit, juicy mangoes, papayas and sour-tart limes provide a seductive variety of exotic scents. The aromas are perfectly coordinated and create a jungle feeling. The taste of the Safari Exotic Fruit Liqueur is extremely soft and mild, without any alcoholic sharpness. The fruity aroma also continues on the palate, where the combination of mangoes and oranges is particularly evident. The successful, creamy consistency, together with the exceptionally fruity taste, ensures a long-lasting finish with a pleasant sweetness. The Safari Exotic Fruit Liqueur is a real treat neat, on ice or chilled, but can also be used in a variety of mixed drinks. Many classic cocktails are given a new, tropical-fruity character by the Safari Exotic Fruit Liqueur.

Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto Liqueur 0.7L 20% Bergamot liqueur A 'new release' in terms of liqueurs and a must-have product in every cocktail bar this year is the bergamot liqueur. Now some people may rightly ask themselves what to do with bergamot, as it is a very dominant and special taste. Guiseppe Gallo, developer of the Italicus Rosolio, wants to introduce this special aroma to gourmets and show that bergamot can be used to refine more than just Earl Grey tea. His mother also made a liqueur called 'Rosolio' in addition to limoncello. Rosolio is a special liqueur that was originally known primarily in Piedmont and further south in Italy, where it is mainly made from rose petals. The Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto is also based on yellow roses, although they are not as prominent here. Made on the basis of a 300-year-old recipe, Gallo developed his own recipe and the special Rosolio Bergamottto in memory of his mother. The small citrus fruits set the tone in terms of smell and taste. The aroma is initially reminiscent of cold Early Grey or a cool lemonade. If you let a sip of the liqueur work on your tongue and palate, the herbs used, such as chamomile or lavender, gradually unfold. Citrus notes give the liqueur a certain lightness and pleasant freshness.

DSM No. 925 Apothekers Ingwerlikör 0.35L 30% Deutsche Spirituosen Manufaktur At DMS in Berlin, high-quality premium spirits are developed and produced. The young company produces these 100% by hand and attaches particular importance to high-quality raw materials, mainly from organic production. The schnapps and liqueurs are only produced in small batches so that you have an overview of each individual spirit. Be careful, it's spicy! DMS has set itself a special challenge, namely to conjure up a tasty liqueur from fresh ginger. Anyone who has ever tried ginger juice will know exactly what gigantic spiciness this root can bring with it. It is all the more fascinating to see and taste what the distillers at DMS have developed from it. For the pharmacist's ginger liqueur, the specially distilled ginger spirit is mixed with ginger juice and home-brewed ginger tea, which not only creates an even stronger ginger aroma, but also dilutes the spirit to drinking strength. This mixture is rounded off and refined into a liqueur with a sugar syrup.

Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge 0.7L 40% Grand Marnier Maison Grand Marnier is a French brand for various spirits/liqueurs that belong to the Triple Sec and Curacao family. The cognac and liqueur factory that later produced Grand Marnier was founded by Jean Baptiste Lapostolle in 1827 near Paris. It was not until a good 50 years later that the actual product and brand Grand Marnier came into being through the marriage of his granddaughter to Louis-Alexander Marnier, who developed Grand Marnier in 1880. He also developed the bottle typical for Grand Marnier, which was modelled on a distillery and which he had trademarked. Cordon Rouge – orange liqueur Grand Marnier Rouge is made from a selection of the finest French cognacs and extracts of bitter orange of the 'Citus Bigaradia' variety. Everything is made according to a top-secret family recipe and, after distillation, undergoes slow maturation in oak barrels. Grand Marnier pampers the senses with a strong orange aroma. On the palate, notes of vanilla, toffee and subtle oak notes can also be detected when tasting. Grand Marnier is suitable both for pure enjoyment and for various cocktails and long drinks. Camel Limoncello Italico 0.7L 28% An Italian classic An absolute classic in Italy is the sweet lemon liqueur 'Limoncello'. It is made by peeling off the fruit peel thinly, ideally without the white skin, and macerating it in a base alcohol. This means that the peel remains in the alcohol for a certain period of time and can then slowly release both color and essential oils into the distillate. This normally requires the addition of coloring and flavoring. After this phase, the peel is filtered out and the alcohol is mixed with a very sweet sugar syrup. Camel Limoncello The lemon liqueur is made only from lemons from the Amalfi Coast. Compared to the lemons we see in supermarkets, these are significantly larger and have a much more intense aroma. Traditionally, limoncello is served ice cold in Italy after a meal. Limoncello is also suitable for refining various desserts such as vanilla ice cream or lemon-strawberry tiramisu, or in a cocktail.

Jägermeister Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur 1L 33% The 'Jägermeister' brand Wilhelm Mast founded the most well-known herbal liqueur brand in 1878. At that time, however, the company did not produce herbal liqueurs; instead, it was used to produce vinegar, which was needed for mining in the Harz Mountains. After Mast's son Curt took over the company in 1917 as the second generation, vinegar was produced for another five years until the company finally became more and more involved in the wine and spirits trade. In 1934, Curt finally developed the secret recipe for the Jägermeister we know today. Unexpectedly harmonious taste With the constant change in tastes in the drinks scene, you sometimes have to take unusual directions. This is what the herbal liqueur manufacturer Jägermeister thought and created a special creation: The unusual combination of classic herbal liqueur and the intense aromas of Arabica coffee form an unexpectedly harmonious combination. First, the tasty variety of herbs is clearly perceptible, followed by distinctive Arabica notes, paired with light chocolate notes.
Stambecco Italy Maraschino Cherry Amaro 0.7L 35% If you translate the word Stambecco from Italian into German, it can be translated as 'ibex' or 'long-horned mountain goat'. These are very well known in the Alpine region in which the distillery is based and roam the steep mountain slopes. What is an Amaro? Here too, the translation of the word amaro from Italian explains everything. Amaro means nothing other than 'bitter' and that is exactly what it is, a classic herbal bitter, which is known here as Ramazotti, Averna or Fernet Branca, for example. It is particularly popular in Italy and herbal bitters have also been growing in popularity in other European countries since the 1980s. The next step is therefore to refine the taste of the Amari. To do this, plant substances are macerated in alcohol to extract the maximum amount of aroma. One of the distilleries that has taken on this topic is the Italian brand Stambecco. The first brand to bring an Amaro refined with sweet Maraschino cherries onto the market. In addition to Maraschino cherries, up to 30 different plant substances are added, such as coriander, marjoram, wormwood or cloves. This creates a sweet herbal bitter that is clearly characterized by the Maraschino cherries. The taste is somehow reminiscent of the sweet little cherry lollipops with the green stem that everyone knows from school. It exudes a pleasant warmth accompanied by cinnamon, cardamom and a light spice.

Southern Comfort Black 0.7L 40% Since 1874 The 'Southern Comfort' brand was founded in the early 1870s. Southern Comfort really should be put in quotation marks here, because Heron originally developed the drink from whiskey, local fruits and spices under the name 'Cuffs & Buttons'. It was only years later, out of local patriotism, that this was renamed the brand name we know today, 'Southern Comfort'. Black The new member of the Southern Comfort family is 'Black'. It stands for a more modern and rebellious brand. While the classic Southern Comfort mainly focuses on sweeter notes such as orange, vanilla and popcorn, there is a clear difference with Black. The focus here is definitely on the aroma of whisky. Spicy, strong notes of roasted oak are the first things you notice, closely followed by the well-known vanilla and spice notes of the classic. Nevertheless, it remains to be said that this is still a whisky liqueur and should definitely not be confused, compared or equated with a classic whisky. A small consumption recommendation on top: Pour approx. 6 cl Southern Comfort Black into a whisky glass filled with ice cubes. Now top up with ginger ale and garnish with a slice of fresh ginger.

Butterscotch Irish Whiskey Liqueur 0.5L 25% Kaltenthaler Distillery The German Kaltenthaler distillery is responsible for this wonderful series of three butterscotch liqueurs. Since 1991, in the third generation, they have not only produced liqueur under the name 'For the Lovers Liqueur', but also rum under the brand 'Revolte Rum' and other fruit brandies. Taste On the nose, clear notes of caramel, accompanied by vanilla and malt, which quickly transitions into the fine, spicy aroma of Irish whiskey. Oak wood is also clearly evident here, accompanied by alternating notes of caramel and whiskey. If you like special drinks, you should try an 'Espresso Martini'. To do this, add the Butterscotch Irish Whiskey Liqueur and espresso with a little crushed ice in a 2:1 ratio in a shaker, shake well and then strain into a glass. Another good combination is to enjoy the Butterscotch Irish Whiskey Liqueur as a tonic. To do this, simply mix the liqueur with tonic water as you would for a gin and tonic.
