It is all the more fascinating to see and taste what the distillers at DMS have developed from it. For the pharmacist's ginger liqueur, the specially distilled ginger spirit is mixed with ginger juice and home-brewed ginger tea, which not only creates an even stronger ginger aroma, but also dilutes the spirit to drinking strength. This mixture is rounded off and refined into a liqueur with a sugar syrup.
