Sheridans double coffee liqueur, 1.0L 15.5% History and production of Sheridans Double Liqueur Sheridans Double Liqueur is produced by the Thomas Sheridan & Sons distillery in Dublin and has been on the market since 1994. The special thing about Sheridans Double Liqueur is the unique shape of the bottle. This has two separate compartments. In the left area there is white cream liqueur, in the right a brown liqueur with coffee and whiskey flavor. Thanks to the well thought-out pouring mechanism, the perfect mixture of both liqueurs ends up in the glass when pouring, without the liquids mixing. This creates a white layer of liqueur on top and a brown layer of liqueur on the bottom. The separation of the layers ensures not only the impressive appearance but also that the taste of white chocolate, strong coffee and full-bodied whiskey only comes together in the mouth. Taste of the Sheridans Double Liqueur The Sheridans Double Liqueur has two different liqueur variations. The white liqueur made from fresh Irish cream tastes of vanilla and white chocolate, the brown of coffee and Irish whiskey. In the mouth, both liqueurs combine to form a harmonious taste composition reminiscent of Irish coffee. In the finish, there are clear notes of nuts and dark chocolate. The Sheridans Double Liqueur is wonderfully creamy and particularly mild and soft in taste. The Sheridans Double Liqueur tastes best straight from the fridge or on ice. If you like Irish coffee, you will love the Sheridans Double Liqueur.
Safari Exotic Fruit Liqueur, 1.0L 20% Background to Safari Exotic Fruit Liqueur Safari Exotic Fruit Liqueur is a delicate fruit liqueur produced in the Netherlands and distributed by the famous spirits company Diageo. It is known worldwide for its strong aromas of tropical fruits. It is a truly difficult task to capture the complex scents and flavors of ripe South Sea fruits and to embed them authentically in a liqueur. The art is usually to make the fruit notes appear neither too intrusive nor synthetic and to create a harmonious overall picture of all the aromas involved, despite the mostly exotic scents and flavors. At the same time, the abundance of fruit variations should not just be a means to an end, but should offer real added value through a special taste profile. The Safari Exotic Fruit Liqueur impressively demonstrates how a fruit liqueur should taste and is therefore predestined for use in cocktails and mixed drinks of all kinds. Taste of the Safari Exotic Fruit Liqueur The Safari Exotic Fruit Liqueur has an incredibly intense aroma of tropical fruits. Notes of ripe passion fruit, juicy mangoes, papayas and sour-tart limes provide a seductive variety of exotic scents. The aromas are perfectly coordinated and create a jungle feeling. The taste of the Safari Exotic Fruit Liqueur is extremely soft and mild, without any alcoholic sharpness. The fruity aroma also continues on the palate, where the combination of mangoes and oranges is particularly evident. The successful, creamy consistency, together with the exceptionally fruity taste, ensures a long-lasting finish with a pleasant sweetness. The Safari Exotic Fruit Liqueur is a real treat neat, on ice or chilled, but can also be used in a variety of mixed drinks. Many classic cocktails are given a new, tropical-fruity character by the Safari Exotic Fruit Liqueur.

Merlet Soeurs Cerises Cherry Brandy Liqueur, 0.7L 24% The history of Merlet The Merlet company is a French manufacturer of liqueurs and cognac. The Merlet company was founded in 1850 by Firmin Merlet. At that time, he acquired a small pot still distillery and concentrated on the production of cognac. The brandies produced by Firmin Merlet were mainly sold to large houses such as Hennessy Cognac. Over the next few decades, the Merlets perfected the art of cognac production, but also concentrated on the production of liqueurs. Gilles Merlet laid the foundation for this in the 1970s when he was forced to replace some old vines. To avoid a monoculture, Gilles Merlet decided to partially cultivate blackcurrants instead. As the fruits developed splendidly, he used them to create the famous Crème des Cassis de la Saintonge Boisée, which is now one of Merlet's most popular liqueurs and is in great demand. Driven by the great success of the Crème des Cassis de la Saintonge Boisée, the decision was made to cultivate other fruits and expand the liqueur portfolio. The two current owners, Pierre and Luc Merlet, who took over the company in 2005, have made a significant contribution to this. Merlet Soeurs Cerises One of Merlet's latest creations is Soeurs Cerises. Merlet Soeurs Cerises is a cherry brandy liqueur - a liqueur based on cognac and sour cherries. It is based on various types of sour cherries, which are processed both as a distillate and macerated in the Soeurs Cerises. The fine taste is rounded off by a small portion of the house's own cognac. This creates a very fruity liqueur that is ideal for cocktails and long drinks, not only because of its relatively high alcohol content. The taste profile of the Merlet Soeurs Cerises is rather classic and that is probably why it fits perfectly into today's bar culture. Recommended!

Skinos Mastiha Spirit 0.7L 30% Skinos Mastiha Spirit from the Mediterranean island of Chios has been appreciated all over the world for over 3000 years. The mild island climate, numerous hot springs, a calcareous soil combined with old production methods and the preservation of tradition form an outstanding and characterful spirit. The basis is the resin of the Mastiha tree, which can only be found on the island of Chios. Each tree only produces about 80-200 grams of resin and the formation of the Mastiha tears takes 10-20 days. After the harvest, the resin is brought to the warehouse in wooden containers and village women begin to select the best pieces of resin and clean them. The Mastiha is then mixed with high-quality agricultural alcohol and freed of all impurities in small, copper pot stills in a slow, gentle process. After distillation, spring water and sugar are added to the distillate. The result is Skinos Mastiha Spirit - a sweet, distinctive liqueur with strong tree aromas and unadulterated Greek spirit.

De Kuyper Ginger 0.7 L 36% The history of De Kuyper If you are interested in Dutch spirits or liqueurs, you cannot avoid the name De Kuyper. The origins of the now global company go back to Petrus de Kuyper, who produced barrels for the gin industry in his cooperage as early as 1695. His third son Jan de Kuyper finally dared to take the step from supplier to the spirits industry to producer. He opened a small distillery in Schiedam, which was eventually taken over by his sons Johannes and Pieter, who developed the de Kuyper company into the city's most important distillery, among other things by purchasing a large distillery in Rotterdam. The company quickly began supplying foreign markets and was also able to achieve significant export sales. The distillery managed to survive crises that threatened the existence of other companies, such as American Prohibition, the Great Depression, and both World Wars. De Kuyper is now run by the 11th generation of the family and is still considered one of the "global players" on the worldwide spirits market. De Kuyper Ginger One reason for De Kuyper's great success was and is the company's great potential for innovation. The company has always experimented with new flavors, which often means they could bring them to market before their major competitors. One of these examples is De Kuyper Ginger, which is characterized by its finely crafted ginger aroma. The ginger liqueur comes from de Kuyper's "The Distiller's Signature" edition, which stands for particularly aromatic and creative liqueurs. The basis for the ginger liqueur is a distillate made from sun-ripened lemons and fine Jamaican rum. This base alcohol is then combined with Chinese ginger roots. The result is a creation of extreme elegance that not only adds the finishing touch to innovative cocktails. The De Kuyper Ginger has a clear ginger aroma at first, but this is surrounded by subtle lemon notes and has a strong spiciness in the aftertaste. Exciting!

Miodula Presidential Vodka Liqueur from Poland 0.5L 40% Miodula is a regional product made from the best local ingredients. In addition to the most important products such as Beskid forest honey, water from the springs of the Vistula and a mixture of herbs and other ingredients that is top secret, there is another important point to mention in the production of Miodula. After the production process, the vodka is stored in old oak barrels. And old is the key word here:The wood used for the barrels must not be younger than 100 years old, ideally it should come from a 200-year-old oak tree. Trees that are too young contain chemical compounds that are released into the alcohol during storage and take the taste in a completely different direction. After pieces have been cut from the oak, they must now be stored in the open air for a good three years to weather. The staves are then cut from these, from which the barrel is ultimately made with the help of iron barrel hoops and calamus leaves to compress it. To give the whole thing a finish and to put the finishing touch on the alcohol that is to be stored inside, the oak barrels are burned out from the inside. The degree depends on the different alcohols that are to be stored. Miodula Presidential Blend Every bottle of Miodula is hand-written and the bottling date as well as the bottle and barrel number can be read. This shows the buyer once again how much care, love down to the smallest detail and, above all, how much tradition has gone into this honey vodka. Because ever since Miodula Vodka was invented, every bottle that leaves the house has had a handwritten signature.Miodula Presidential Vodka is produced in limited editions. There are only around 4,000 bottles a year, 500 of which are reserved for the President of Poland. This limited production is so that the company can maintain an impeccable quality standard and to keep regional and ecological production going in the long term. Miodula Presidential Vodka is a matured vodka and so a wonderful amber color is revealed as soon as it is poured into the glass, which this vodka owes to the burnt oak barrels. When tasting, a mixture of honey, vodka and Armagnac is revealed on the nose. The taste of the honey vodka is absolutely versatile and harmonious. Due to the storage in the oak barrels, it has acquired beautiful oak notes which, complemented by honey and lavender notes, give it a great character. The aftertaste is long-lasting and accompanied by a pleasant warmth that spreads. The pleasant honey and vanilla aromas remain in your mind for a while.

Mari Mayans Hierbas Ibicencas 1.0L 26% The traditional herbal liqueur Hierbas Ibicencas has been produced on the Pityusic Islands (the Balearic Islands, consisting of Ibiza, Formentera and numerous smaller and uninhabited rocky islands) for over 200 years. It is based on various herbs, spices and the main ingredient anise. The first professional production of the popular liqueur was not possible until around 1880. At that time, a trader and fisherman based on Formentera sailed to Barcelona to procure important goods for the island. On the mainland, he learned the art of distilling and then founded his own small factory on the island. The easier availability of alcohol also increased the production and consumption of Hierbas Ibicencas and it quickly became the popular drink of the archipelago. In 1997, "Hierbas Ibicencas" was protected as a designation of origin. In addition to the clearly defined geographical origin, this protection is also important to guarantee the quality of the product. To produce it, the herbs are placed in a solution of water and alcohol. The number of herbs and spices used is varied and includes star and green anise, as well as fennel, rosemary, lavender, chamomile and juniper. This Hierbas Ibicencas is based on an old family recipe and is traditionally made in Ibiza. It has an amber-golden color and develops aromas of aniseed, rosemary, thyme, orange and lemon peel on the palate. Ideal as an aperitif and digestif!
