Falernum is a liqueur flavored with almond, lime, ginger and/or cloves, which is mainly used in tropical drinks and cocktails. This Falernum, produced by Dirk Becker from the Rumclub Berlin, has a pronounced citrus fruit aroma and a pronounced sweetness. Clove and ginger notes are clearly perceptible on the nose.
