This unique combination makes An Dúlamán as special as the Donegal coast itself. To ensure An Dúlamán retains its characteristic complexity and smoothness, we have learned that Méabh (our still) prefers a low alcohol content in the pot and a narrow temperature range to treat the delicate seaweed.
