44N Gin 0,5L 44%
44N Gin 0.5L 44% Comte de Grasse It is a collaborative research that is influenced by the terroir and heritage of the Côte d'Azur. The artisanal yet quite innovative gin 44°N is produced in a former perfume distillery dating back to 1820 in Roure. Here you can find a great interplay between pure science and the fine noses of the gin experts. And the production itself is also a little different to what you are used to from some other manufacturers. After the ultrasonic maceration, vacuum distillation and finally CO2 extraction follow to further strengthen the aroma. A piece of the Côte d'Azur for your home The botanicals naturally come from the wonderful landscape of the Côte d'Azur, some of them are Cade (a more woody botanical), Immortelle (for notes of dried fruit and slightly smoky notes), Mimosa (provides the recognizable maritime toughness) and the Rose Centifolia for the subtle floral notes. On the nose, there are first fresh citrus and grapefruit notes. This is immediately joined by a hint of sea breeze and the juniper is also present. On the palate, the floral notes follow and the aroma of bitter orange and warming pepper notes join in. These continue into the finish and leave a incredibly innovative impression.

6 O'Clock Brunel Edition Gin Miniatures 0.05L 50%Nearly 30 years ago, Edward and Penny Kain ran a fruit farm where they began producing delicious fruit liqueurs that quickly gained popularity. Building on their first gin recipe, they developed an aromatic sloe gin. A few years later, their children, Michael and Felicity, took over the successful distillery. Drawing on their knowledge of the family's liqueur-making tradition, they further refined the gin recipe. The result is the distinctive 6 O’Clock Gin, which impresses with its refreshingly clean taste thanks to carefully selected botanicals and a perfectly balanced recipe. The 6 O'Clock Brunel Edition Gin offers a complex flavor profile enriched by the addition of extra juniper and six new botanicals: green cardamom, nutmeg, cumin, cassia bark, cubeb pepper, and lemon. These carefully selected ingredients give the gin a bolder, richer flavor, offering a harmonious combination of earthy sweetness and fresh citrus notes, culminating in a dry, spicy finish. Thanks to this unique flavor profile, the 6 O'Clock Brunel Edition often attracts lovers of earthier drinks like whisky and is ideal for both gin and tonics and creative cocktails.

These are macerated in a distillate that comes from one of the best distilleries in London. Herbs and fruits are distilled twice separately. This creates a perfectly balanced symphony of clear juniper notes, fresh herbs and fruits. On the palate it is soft and creamy, almost a little oily at the beginning. Ableforth’s Bathtub Gin 0,7L 43,3%
Ableforth’s Bathtub Gin 0,7L 43,3%
Professor Cornelius Ableforth's Bathtub Gin, 0.7L 43.3% History and production of Professor Cornelius Ableforth's Bathtub Gin: The term Bathtub Gin has a historical meaning that is quite controversial. In the 18th century, the so-called "Gin Craze", or gin epidemic, dominated public life in the United Kingdom. The average per capita consumption of gin was a dangerous 10 liters per year, including children, the sick and the elderly. Triggered by an increase in beer tax, many citizens began to get drunk by making their own alcohol. In addition to pots, pans and tubs, bathtubs were also often used. These proved to be very practical, as they allowed large quantities of brandy to be mixed with all kinds of herbs and spices to mask the poor quality of the distillate. Gin consumption reached threatening levels and social life threatened to collapse. The Gin Act of 1751 finally introduced comprehensive measures which fortunately managed to contain the epidemic. Today, the term "bathtub" refers to the artisanal production of spirits. Quality is now the main focus. The illegal and sometimes inedible products from the 18th century cannot be compared with this. Professor Ableforth produces his award-winning Professor Cornelius Ableforth's Bathtub Gin himself and by hand in his small laboratory in the south of England. The highest quality gins are produced there in a specially constructed still. The "mad professor" is particularly proud of the cold compounding system he developed himself. There he extracts the aromas of his botanicals at low temperatures in a particularly gentle way and transfers them into the distillate. In addition to juniper berries and orange peel, these also include cinnamon, cloves, coriander and cardamom. The result is truly impressive. This is also what the judges thought when they named Professor Cornelius Ableforth's Bathtub Gin the best compound gin in the world at the 2014 World Gin Awards - a knighthood for Cornelius Ableforth. Tasting of Professor Cornelius Ableforth's Bathtub Gin: In the nosing, Professor Cornelius Ableforth's Bathtub Gin shows an impressive combination of strong juniper notes, fruity lemons and spicy herbs. All impressions are wonderfully integrated and extremely harmonious. The interplay of fruity sweetness and earthy-floral notes, which are created by cardamom and coriander, is particularly noteworthy here. This means that Professor Cornelius Ableforth's Bathtub Gin goes its own way. Juniper is still the dominant aroma, but in contrast to standard London Dry Gins, the complexity is significantly increased by the spices and citrus fruits. On the tongue, Professor Cornelius Ableforth's Bathtub Gin then delights with an unexpected power and intensity. The impressions known from the nosing are further strengthened and developed in the mouth. The finish is long and warming, the Christmas spiciness fades into the background over time and is replaced by a pleasant sweetness and fruitiness. Professor Cornelius Ableforth's Bathtub Gin is one of the few gins that also works very well neat. Nevertheless, it is outstanding in a gin & tonic.

Ableforths Bathtub Sloe Gin 0,5L 33,8%
Ableforths Bathtub Sloe Gin 0.5L 33.8% Bathtub Gin If you translate 'Bathtub Gin' literally, this gin means 'bathtub gin' and is an allusion to the time of Prohibition in America. During this time, alcohol lovers tried everything possible to get their hands on a fine tipple. In the 1920s, many tried their hand at this field as amateurs. There were many poor quality variants, often consisting of a mixture of cheap wheat distillate and water, to which additional flavors had been added. If the bottles available at the time were too big to be filled under the sink, people would resort to the bathtub tap and often the alcohol was distilled in the bathtub at home. This is how the name 'Bathtub Gin' came about. The Bathtub Sloe Gin by Ableforth is a special edition of the Bathtub Gin. The gin is produced using the cold-compounded distilling process. It is a process that has almost been forgotten. It does not use heat and therefore achieves a much better aromatic fullness. The packaging of each bottle is special: Each bottle is wrapped by hand, tied and dipped in wax. Professor Cornelius Ableforth, who is behind this impressive gin, has selected a number of herbs and spices to combine with the sloes, including coriander, cinnamon, cloves and orange zest. The Bathtub Sloe Gin As soon as you open the bottle you are surprised by an incredibly fruity aroma. In combination with the spices used, the gin creates an association with freshly baked cake. The taste then surprises you with marzipan and juniper aromas. Berries, citrus fruit and vanilla meet oak and tannin to create a harmonious taste. Bathtub Sloe Gin impresses with a spicy and long finish. You should simply enjoy this sloe gin neat, best chilled in summer and warm in winter for a change.

Adler Berlin Dry Gin KPM Edition 1,0L, 47%
Adler Berlin Dry Gin KPM Edition, 1 L, 47%
Adler Berlin Dry Gin KPM Edition 1.0L 47% In 1874, the Prussian cabinet order approved the construction of the "Experimental and Training Institute for Spirits Production". The famous Nobel Prize winner Prof. Max Delbrück, a scientific genius, was appointed to lead the construction. In an adjoining training building, the next generation of German distillers and distillers were trained and research was carried out into the development of new liqueurs. At the beginning of the 20th century, the products of the experimental institute experienced a boom under the name "Adler Spirits", but fell into oblivion due to the two world wars and the economic depression. After operations were resumed in the 1950s by the well-known master distiller Ernst Dobislaw, it was not until 2005 that the famous traditional brand "Adler" was taken over by Dipl.-Ing Prof. Dr. Ulf Stahl and qualified hotelier Gerald Schroff. The two entrepreneurs have dedicated themselves to reviving the original factory philosophy. In addition to liqueurs and spirits, the factory has attracted particular attention with its excellent gin. This exceptional gin is made from a wheat distillate that has previously been stored for six months. This is then macerated with the finest spices such as master root, angelica seeds, orange blossoms, hops, elecampane root, musk seeds, bertram root and, of course, juniper. The macerate is then distilled again. A particularly aroma-preserving vacuum distillation is used here, which enables distillation well below 80° C.The exclusive special edition is limited to 500 bottles and was filled by hand into the highest quality porcelain bottles from the Royal Porcelain Manufactory in Berlin. The Bauhaus-style design of the bottles was created in the 1950s by the famous designer Trude Petri and is characterized by a timeless elegance. The value of the bottle alone is around 200? and it is already considered a sought-after collector's item. The gin is delivered in an elegant royal blue box and offers the most complex gin enjoyment. On the nose, typical juniper notes combined with citrus. On the palate, all the aromas combine to form a complex network that is unique in its intensity. A royal gin!

Adler Berlin Dry Gin, 0,7 L, 42%
Adler Berlin Dry Gin, 0.7 L, 42% The history of Adler Dry Gin It was in 1874 when the Prussian cabinet decided to set up an "experimental and teaching institute for spirits production". Nobel Prize winner Prof. Max Delbrück was entrusted with the management of the construction and under his leadership one of the most modern buildings in the country was built to train the next generation of German distillers. The products of the training distillery were marketed under the name "Adler Spirituosen" and experienced a real boom at the beginning of the 20th century. Due to the two world wars, however, the distillery had to cease operations and it was not until 2005 that qualified hotelier Gerald Schroff and qualified engineer Prof. Dr. Ulf Stahl brought the "Adler Spirituosen" brand back to life. Schroff and Stahl have committed themselves to reviving the manufacturing philosophy and want to promote the German spirits tradition. In addition to spirits and liqueurs, the Prussian spirits manufacturer is particularly known for its Adler Berlin Dry Gin. The production of Adler Berlin Dry Gin The basis for Adler Berlin Dry Gin is the finest wheat distillate, which flows through the botanicals used after distillation and absorbs their aromas through this maceration. In addition to juniper, the botanicals primarily include coriander, lavender, ginger and lemon peel. The macerate is then gently distilled again using a vacuum distillation at temperatures below 80 °C. After dilution with spring water, a final distillation follows, creating the very harmonious and well-rounded Adler Berlin Dry Gin. It is then stored for three months in stoneware vessels, which allow the Adler Berlin Dry Gin to breathe and harmonize its aroma. The taste of the Adler Berlin Dry Gin The main botanicals juniper, coriander, lavender, ginger and citrus peel can be clearly perceived in the bouquet of the Adler Berlin Dry Gin. On the palate, the Adler Berlin Dry Gin impresses with a distinct spiciness, which never overwhelms the delicate taste of the Adler Berlin Dry Gin. The aftertaste of the Adler Berlin Dry Gin is characterized by a slim complexity. The Adler Berlin Dry Gin is a thoroughly recommendable German gin and the bottle designed in the style of the 1930s is an eye-catcher in every bar!

Akori Gin, 0.7L 42% Destilerias Campeny SA Spain and Japan - at first glance, the two countries do not have much in common. At least not if you are not familiar with Akori Gin. Akori Gin is a gin from Spain whose taste is inspired by the "Land of Smiles". The manufacturer of Akori Gin is Destilerías Campeny SA, located near Barcelona, right by the sea, which has already launched well-known products such as Tann's Gin and Only Gin. The company Destilerías Campeny SA was founded in 1970 by the Catalan businessman Amadeo Campeny i Pons, who managed to turn the distillery into one of the most important Spanish spirits producers in just a few years. Destilerías Campeny SA now exports to over 15 countries and, in addition to gin, also offers gin, tequila, absinthe, cream liqueurs and numerous other spirits and liqueurs. However, many of these products are relatively classic, which is why the Akori Gin was a completely new approach. The Akori Gin The basis for the Akori Gin is high-quality grain alcohol. This is then mixed with various herbs and spices, the so-called botanicals, and distilled again after a certain maceration period in order to transfer the flavors dissolved from the botanicals into the finished gin. As mentioned at the beginning, Destilerías Campeny SA was inspired by Japan when it came to the botanicals used for the Akori Gin. Ginger, kumquats and dragon fruit are among the flavoring components used. This is of course also clearly noticeable when tasting, as the Akori Gin differs significantly in its taste profile from common gins. Its fruity and exotic gin gives classics such as the Gin & Tonic or Martini Dry Cocktail a completely new twist, but is also the basis for numerous new cocktail creations and long drinks. An exciting product that is not only very attractive in terms of taste, but also in terms of price!

Amazzoni is 100% a Brazilian product, not only in terms of ingredients, but also in terms of distillery philosophy and the production process. What could be better suited for a world-class gin than pure, crystal-clear water from the Amazon? Botanicals that have never been used in a gin before demonstrate the special nature of the Amazon. In addition to the basic spice juniper, which is also clearly evident on the palate, special Brazilian ingredients find a place in the gin: cocoa, maxixe (also known as Amazon cucumber), Brazilian chestnut, cipò-cravo and water lily seeds. These and other ingredients are macerated in grain alcohol and then distilled in a copper still.

Just two years after the release of the Amazzoni Gin, the master distiller Alexander Mazza developed a completely new London Dry Gin with a very complex body. It differs from the Amazzoni Gin in several ways: In addition to a cold-pressed botanical infusion, the Rio Negro version also contains juniper, coriander and citrus peel as solid botanicals added directly to the still. On the palate, the juniper is first clearly evident with bitter notes of cocoa and fresh notes of essential oils as well as the taste of the Maxixe. In the finish, a flood of spices: coriander, cassia and Brazilian chestnut are clearly present here.

An Dulaman Santa Ana Armada Strength Gin 0.5L 57% Sliabhliag Distillers The small town of Donegal is often seen as a place in itself and so the products of the Sliabhliag Distillers speak for themselves and embody spirits that are made according to recipes with strong local influences. With a tradition rich in over 175 years, the company has already experienced a lot and therefore also has a lot to tell or pass on. With each individual product, the company commemorates a particularly historical event, legend or folk tale. The focus was on reviving a smoky whisky with strong Irish influences. Recently, however, the company has also ventured into the gin industry. This is how the An Dulaman Santa Ana Armada Strenght Gin was born. It is the first gin to be distilled in County Donegal in the An Dúlamán Gin Distillery. An Dulaman Santa Ana Armanda Strength Gin The region is characterized by a wonderful coastline. It is therefore only natural that people here make a living from collecting and selling algae. This tradition can also be found in the name of the brand. Dulaman is the name of an old folk song about a conversation between two old algae collectors. As you can imagine, some of these algae are very popular and you could make a good living from selling them. Of course, this work also had its drawbacks, steep coastlines and a wild Atlantic Ocean, as many collectors fell victim to the wild nature. An Dulaman Gin was created to commemorate these people, who were often found along the coasts. The aforementioned algae, five locally harvested varieties, are also used in An Dulaman Gin and give it its very special umami taste. The Navy Strength is another very special bottling, which was stored in old Roja wine barrels after distillation.

An Dulaman Irish Maritim Gin 0.5L 43.2% Sliabh Liag Distillery The Sliabh Liag Distillery has set itself the task of continuing the distilling heritage of Donagal by building the first distillery in over 170 years. With a great passion for Irish whiskey from authentic brands, the founders want to give their version of the legends and stories surrounding The Donagal Gaeltacht. Last year, Silkie Blended Irish Whiskey was introduced and the An Dúlamán Irish Maritime Gin distillery was launched in a rented building nearby. The construction phase continues and the distillery wants to continue to expand. The Sliabh Liag Whiskey Distillery wants to grow on a 20 hectare site in order to be able to produce up to 400,000 litres of triple distilled single malt and pot still whiskey annually. The distillery is targeting two spirits sectors that have enjoyed increasing growth in recent years. Firstly, Irish whiskey, which has been the fastest growing spirits category over the last 7 years, and secondly, super premium gin, which has scored points with the most unusual recipes. An Dulaman Irish Maritime Gin The premium Dulaman Irish Maritime Gin is the first gin to be distilled in County Donegal. It is produced near the coast at the foot of the Sliabh Liag. To make Dulaman Irish Maritim Gin as unique as possible, the distillers try to capture the 'magic of the sea' by using five of the region's native seaweed species and six other plants. The gin is bottled at 43.2% and bottled in dark, elegant 50cl bottles that are reminiscent of old stranded bottles found along the Donagal coast. To complete the overall picture, each bottle has been sealed with a wax seal. The taste of Dulaman Maritim Irish Gin The juniper is in the foreground on the palate, and as this taste fades it is filled with umami: a tasty mixture of sweet, sour, salty and bitter. A hint of chestnut can also be detected. Notes of peach follow in the aftertaste.

An Dulaman Memories of Asia Gin 0.5L 41% Dúlamán Irish Maritime Gin marks a milestone as the first gin to be distilled in County Donegal. As well as being the name of an Irish folk song, Dúlamán is also one of our gin seaweeds, recounting the conversation of two seaweed collectors. The coast around Sliabh Liag is home to centuries of knowledge about harvesting and using these natural products, providing an exceptional bounty for such collectors. An Dúlamán bottles commemorate the finds of bottles on the Donegal coast from the casualties of the Spanish Armada. To create An Dúlamán we capture the "Draíocht na Farraige" (the magic of the sea) by using five locally harvested seaweed varieties and six other botanicals. This unique combination makes An Dúlamán as special as the Donegal coast itself. To ensure An Dúlamán retains its characteristic complexity and smoothness, we have learned that Méabh (our still) prefers a low alcohol content in the pot and a narrow temperature range to treat the delicate seaweed. We hit a hell of a narrow cut to get the best out of the distillate. An Dulaman Memories of Asia Gin 0.5L 41% represents the latest addition to Sliabh Liag Distillers' An Dulaman Irish Maritime Gin collection. Unlike previous editions which were declarations of love to the Donegal coast, this edition was inspired by travels to the other side of the world. Developed and distilled in Donegal, this unique and innovative expression was born out of gin distiller and founder Moira Doherty's travels to Asia. For this special An Dulaman Gin Edition, three seaweeds have been replaced with seven exciting new ingredients: oolong tea, ginger, sesame seeds, star anise, hibiscus flowers, sakura (Japanese cherry blossoms preserved in salt) and kaffir lime leaves. These ingredients harmonize beautifully with each other and capture the flavors and scents that characterize life in Hong Kong.

On the palate, the gin reveals itself as elegant and balanced: zesty citrus fruit meets floral lightness, while a subtle, soft sweetness of cocoa provides depth and a well-rounded finish. Another Hendrick’s Gin is ideal for creative gin and tonic variations as well as sophisticated cocktails, delighting both connoisseurs and those exploring extraordinary flavor profiles.

Barbers Gin 0,7 L 40%
Barbers Gin 0,7 L 40%
Barbers Gin 0.7 L 40% How Barbers Gin got its name Both surgeons and barbers work with sharp blades and scissors. This was also the reason why, until 1745, at least in England, they worked side by side or even took over each other's jobs. It goes without saying that this is highly questionable, and not just from a hygienic point of view. The then King of England, George II, also became aware of these grievances and decreed that the two professions must henceforth be practiced separately. As is often the case, old habits stick. This was also the case with the barbers, who got to know gin as a disinfectant. Gin was extremely cheap at the time and was therefore a popular agent for disinfecting wounds that occurred before or after operations. Barbers therefore use gin to clean the customer's skin, which often had small cuts after shaving. Gin also had the additional advantage that it had a pleasant smell due to the botanicals used. It was therefore ideal as an aftershave, as it protected customers from infections and they also went home after shaving with a pleasant smell, which in the case of a good gin was reminiscent of an expensive perfume. The production of Barbers Gin This brief look at history has made the connection between barbers and gin clear. But how is Barbers Gin actually made? And what makes it so special? Barbers Gin is a very classic English gin. This means that it is distilled using traditional methods as a London Dry Gin. This also means that it was made without the addition of citrus fruits. In modern gins, notes of lemon, orange or grapefruit peel are omnipresent, which was unusual in the days when surgeons and barbers worked side by side. For this reason, Barbers Gin is only flavoured with the herbs and spices that were common at the time. These include: juniper from Croatia, coriander from Morocco, thyme from Spain and angelica root from France. That's it - these are all the botanicals used in Barbers Gin! The taste of Barbers Gin As you would expect, Barbers Gin is more for purists. Barbers Gin tastes of pure gin. The manufacturer himself sums it up quite well: "A clear, clean, straightforward example of a London Dry Gin".

BCN Gin 0,7L 40%
BCN Gin 0,7L 40%
BCN Gin 0.7L 40% Gin from Barcelona Spanish gins have been able to establish themselves on the shelves of the markets for some time now. This now includes the 'Prior Barcelona Dry Gin' - BCN Gin from southern Catalonia. BCN is the abbreviation for Barcelona Airport, the capital of Catalonia and not far from the Priorat. The BCN Gin is a dedication to Barcelona because almost nowhere else is as much gin and tonic enjoyed as in the Spanish capital. The motto behind this juniper schnapps "Distilled in the Priorat - enjoyed in Barcelona" reflects exactly this. Just like the ingredients, which mainly come from the region, such as the grapes used, which come from a wine-growing region in Priorat, and water from the "Font del Mas Petit", the in-house spring. Grapes as the basic raw material for the distillate The basis of this Mediterranean gin is Carignan and Grenache grapes, from which first-class wine is also made in the region. The region around Priorat is known for its barren slate soils and the intense sunlight, which allows the grapes to reach their full potential and gives the wine a strong complexity. The pomace that remains after wine production is then distilled in an Arnold Holstein distillery from Germany. With its slightly different botanicals for flavoring the neutral alcohol, the BCN Gin stands out from the crowd. Herbs such as rosemary and fennel are used, all of which come from the mountainous region south of Barcelona and give the brandy its Mediterranean character. Sweet figs bring fruity notes. The carefully balanced ingredients are rounded off with citrus fruits from the south of Catalonia. When you open the bottle, a sweet aroma hits your nose, followed by Mediterranean herbs that immediately give you the feeling of being somewhere by the sea. The taste is exceptionally good. Juniper, grapes and citrus fruits are perfectly balanced. The spicy notes and the sweet fig are also clearly noticeable. In conclusion, it can be said that a premium gin of the highest class has been created here, which every gin lover should definitely try!!!

Beefeater Pink Gin 1L 37,5%
Beefeater Pink Gin 1L 37,5%
Beefeater Pink Gin 1.0L 37.5% Pink gin has long been nothing unusual. And so Beefeater is also getting on this track with a pink gin, following the trend of breaking new ground, influencing the taste of gin with a wide variety of botanicals and giving it a new color. The story behind Beefeater Gin The Beefeater Distillery in Kennington has been producing gin according to a well-guarded recipe since its beginnings in the early 1800s. The distillery's headquarters itself has a lot of history: The Beefeater Distillery is located in an Edwardian house, which was extended in the 1950s. The distillery also has pot stills from the Victorian era and a botanical room where all the fresh ingredients are kept. In the 1820s, a London pharmacist developed a way to make gin from herbs, plants, spices and a grain distillate. He developed a special distillation process for this. Beefeater Gin is named after a guard of the Tower of London (gatekeepers) and you can even see a small picture of one of these men on the gin bottle. Fruity taste Beefeater Pink brings a breath of fresh air to the range and is a tribute to the London underground club scene. It is based on the original Beefeater London Dry Gin and is refined with the strawberry flavor after distillation. An aromatic gin on the nose, spicy juniper notes and fresh, sweet strawberries create a floral elegance. In the mouth, surprisingly, a not so fruity gin. A creamy vanilla flavour is then revealed in combination with a pinch of pepper and berry notes, but the typical juniper flavour is definitely not lost! The citrus aromas of the London Dry Gin are particularly prominent in Beefeater Gin. These are complemented by the fresh and fruity strawberry notes. A light and sweet gin that brings warmth and sweetness to the finish.
