Tobermory Hebridean Mountain Gin 0.7L 43.3% Tobermory Hebridean Mountain Gin is carefully distilled on the Isle of Mull in Scotland. Handpicked botanicals such as heather, rowan berries and rose hips are steeped in our base alcohol for at least 24 hours. This alcohol consists of grain neutral spirit, enriched with a dash of alcohol from our Tobermory whisky stills. The result is a sweet and spicy gin with herbal notes and a subtle hint of rich, sweet malt. On the nose, the gin opens with a refreshing lemon aroma, followed by sweet juniper and hints of coriander and spice. On the palate, it presents itself with a rich, creamy mouthfeel accompanied by sweet, lemon-infused rose hip and a bitter note of rowan berries. Floral notes of heather and warming ginger spice round off the taste experience. Lemon and rowan berries remain in the finish, complemented by the sweetness of rose hips and a mild ginger spice.
