Hernö Gin (Bio) 0,5L 40,5%
Hernö Gin (organic) 0.5L 40.5% Hernö - high-quality organic gin from Sweden Sweden has a long culture when it comes to high-quality spirits. Just think of Absolut Vodka as an example. Since 2011, the small Hernö Gin Distillery, which can easily be described as an artisanal spirits manufacturer, has been added to the long list of Swedish spirits manufacturers. The Hernö Gin Distillery was founded by Jon Hillgreen, who moved to London in 1999, where he worked as a bartender with some friends. Over the course of his career, he tasted over a hundred gins and began to develop a love for this spirit that is so simple and yet so complex. In order to intensify his knowledge, Jon Hillgreen began to look into the scientific and technical side of gin production and visited numerous gin distilleries all over England. He quickly realized that he wanted to open his own small gin distillery at some point and finally put this plan into action. The Hernö Gin Distillery is located in the small town of Dala near the town of Härnösand in Ångermanland. This makes it the northernmost gin distillery in the world. The distillery building was built in the classic Swedish style from red and white painted wood and is just as eye-catching as the Hernö gin bottle. The Hernö Gin (ORGANIC) The Hernö Gin is a round and smooth gin produced in the style of a London Dry Gin. A total of eight different botanicals are used in the production, all of which are organically grown: juniper berries from Hungary, coriander seeds from Bulgaria, cranberries from Sweden, meadowsweet from the United Kingdom, black pepper from India, spice bark from Indonesia, vanilla from Madagascar and lemons that are still peeled by hand. Due to the careful selection and processing of the botanicals, Hernö Gin has a strong juniper character and floral and fresh notes of citrus fruits, which makes it an ideal gin to enjoy neat. Because Hernö Gin is not cool-filtered after distillation, significantly more aromas are retained than with an industrially produced gin. Organic quality that you can taste!

Tenu Gin, 0,5L 47%
Tenu Gin 0.5L 47% From the Finnish wilderness “Tenu Gin”, which comes from the depths of Finland, is also known as the “spirit of the forest” because it comes from the northernmost forest area on earth. The taïga is characterized by its sparse vegetation; only conifers and berries grow there in the dense forests. Mosses and numerous types of lichen also have the prospect of thriving. The landscape is also characterized by mountain ranges and swampy areas that are simply breathtaking in winter. Temperatures can easily reach minus 40 degrees at this time of year. The term taïga is probably a loanword from Russian and means something like “impenetrable, often swampy forest”. The word can probably be traced back to the Mongolian version 'Tajga', which means "mountain forest". Blessed by the monks The gin was originally created by a small brotherhood of monks in order to be able to process the herbs collected from the Finnish forest. Even today, the "Tenu Gin" is distilled and bottled with great dedication in the Valamo Monastery Distillery by renowned master distillers with a lot of discipline and skill. Consecrated with secrets Pure spring water of the best quality, which is obtained directly on site, serves as the basis. But that is by no means all that the gin hides inside. There you will find hints of rare botanicals that can be clearly identified as wild herbs, roots, flowers, wild roses, cranberries and juniper. Arctic legonberries give the premium gin its unmistakable taste and characterize it with its highly complex characteristics. Influences from summer green shrubs that grow close to the ground and usually have blueberries on them are also easy to recognize. However, you will have to discover the complete secret of "Tenu Gin" for yourself. Shining in all its glory This gin is ideal for classic cocktails and long drinks such as Negronis, Gimlets or the Gin Martini thanks to its aromatic profile. As a tonic, however, it also reveals its strength at exactly the right point.

Kongsgaard Raw Gin 0,7L 44%
Kongsgaard Raw Gin 0.7L 44% The Kongsgaard Raw Gin was developed by the namesake, the married couple Søren and Bettina Kongsgaard, and is handmade in Cognac, France. The two came to gin production from not entirely unrealistic jobs: Søren worked in export and sales and had good connections to the apple industry. Bettina, on the other hand, worked in marketing. Since they both have a penchant for good food and excellent drinks and noticed how Gin Mark has become increasingly popular in recent years, they decided that they would like to bring a gin with a Danish character onto the market themselves. The idea behind this gin: to recreate the structure of an oak tree. From the fruit to the trunk to the roots. All notes should be reminiscent of something in the structure of the tree: a solid, earthy base and fruity top notes. Cognac is distilled in copper stills with an open flame, which have been used for several centuries to make the famous gin. Attention to detail and craftsmanship are at the forefront of production. The ingredients The couple sources the juniper from Bulgaria, where a special variety grows that has a stronger taste and aroma, but is also mild and sweet due to a high invert sugar content. The use of local apples from orchards on the southern islands of Denmark, which can change from production to production, reflects the balance between sweet and sour in the apples, which they get from the colder climate. Bottled in dark green bottles with fine copper details, reminiscent of distillation in the old copper stills. The bottle is sealed with a wine cork. This makes this bottle stand out even in the extensive world of gin. From each bottle you can see which type of apple was used and in which year it was harvested. Tasting Taste: A unique mixture of components ranging from charred oak to tree resin to fruity, sweet apples. Nose: Sweet apple, juniper notes and citrus stand out here, juniper and liquorice are also present. Taste: The taste of apples is also clearly evident here, the citrus taste is highlighted by ginger and galangal. The aftertaste is long and intense with traces of cinnamon and ginger.

Cape Fynbos Small Batch Gin 0,5L 45%
Cape Fynbos Small Batch Gin 0.5L 45% The spirit of the Cape The restaurateur and master distiller Helmut Wilderer, who comes from Baden, emigrated to South Africa in 1994 to start his fruit brandies. There he was the first to receive a license to distill grappa and eau de vie and since then has received several awards every year for handmade pomace and fruit brandies. Creativity and quality are Wilderer's top priorities. So he naturally finds enough incentives in the Cape region, which is one of the world's largest fruit growing areas, to meet his demands. The brandies are triple distilled in a state-of-the-art facility with a capacity of over 700 liters. Produced in harmony with nature Wilderer sometimes uses unique wild herbs for his spirits that are completely unknown to us in Europe. These include, for example, 'Wild Dagga' (also called wild cannabis, THC free!), 'Buchu', a mint plant, 'Honeybush', and 'Devil's Claw'. The Cape Fynbos Gin contains a total of 33 botanicals from the Fynbos region, which is known worldwide as one of the most species-rich botanical regions. They are all grown sustainably and harvested by hand. Vineyards are usually found next to the Fynbos region, so it is only logical that the base alcohol of this gin is based on white grapes. In order to achieve a perfect bond between the aromas, the plants, herbs and spices are macerated before distillation. The taste A well-rounded taste in the mouth that fills you with pleasant warmth. Despite its alcohol content of 45% vol., the gin is still rather mild. You can taste deep, complex herbal aromas and a hint of orange zest. The mixture of the various herbs makes the Cape Fynbos Gin almost indescribable and you should just get an idea of these extraordinary aromas for yourself. The best way to enjoy this fine brandy is of course neat and on ice, but it can also be mixed well with a tonic or something else.
