Product information "Roku Japanese Craft Gin 0,7L 43%"

Roku Japanese Craft Gin 0.7L 43%

Roku Gin from Japan belongs to one of the world's largest spirits companies, Beam Suntory, and has only been on the market since summer 2017. Despite its young age, Roku Gin has already established itself well. The name 'Roku' can be translated into German as the number six and in this case refers to six important Japanese botanicals. In addition to the usual botanicals, exactly 6 of the 14 used are regional herbs, spices and plants. So what is typically Japanese for Europeans and absolutely cannot be missing? Cherry blossoms and green tea. These are exactly the ingredients used in their pure form. Cherry blossoms and leaves and refined green Gyokuro and Sencha tea. There is also Japanese pepper and yuzu, a special citrus fruit that is very common in Japan.

This combination has the following taste:

Juniper clearly defines the fine bouquet and is initially accompanied by cone-like aromas on the nose, but the other botanicals are not neglected here either. However, you never have the feeling that you are being overwhelmed with aromas, rather each individual aroma flows gently into the next. Coriander and yuzu are the two aromas that most clearly support the juniper aroma.

Cape Fynbos Gin Citrus Edition 0,5L 43%
Cape Fynbos Gin Citrus Edition 0.5L 43% South Africa This South African gin is a top product among the gin varieties. It is distilled four times in small batches in small copper stills in collaboration with the Wilderer Distillery in Paarl. Premium juniper berries and 33 other botanicals are added to the base alcohol. They all come from the area and are partly native plants that are picked by hand. The Fynbos vegetation is one of the most famous places for which the Cape region is world-famous. And the water that is used to mix it to drinking strength also comes from the surrounding region, the Franschhoek Mountains, and is pure mountain spring water. Cape Fynbos Gin Citrus Edition The basis of the Citrus Edition is the already well-known Cape Fynbos Gin. This is then macerated with the peels of five different citrus fruits for two weeks. A complex aroma is created and moves between herbal aromas, oranges and spice notes such as cloves and white pepper, rounded off by the sweet taste of honey.

Momotaro Gin 0,5L 42%
Momotaro Gin 0.5L 42% The Momotaro Gin is a tribute to the Japanese legend of Momotaro: a young, brave man who was born from a peach to a childless couple and who, together with his three animal companions, travels the world and protects it from monsters. Inspired by this traditional legend, hand-picked botanicals such as momo peach, yuzu lemon, sakura cherry blossoms and sencha tea are distilled in the best craft manner for the Momotaro Gin. During production, particular emphasis is placed on particularly slow and gentle maceration and distillation in order to give the selected botanicals the time they really need to develop their full aroma. In terms of taste, the Momotaro Gin therefore impresses with a particularly elegant citrus note, which is perfectly complemented by the momo peach. A fruity, fresh, gourmet journey to the Far East, which is particularly impressive in a gin and tonic, or in unusual cocktail creations. Drinking recommendation Momotaro Gin: - MOMOTARŌ GIN TONIC • Our MOMOTARŌ simply cuts an unbelievably good figure in a gin and tonic. • 1 part MOMOTARŌ Gin • 2 parts tonic • First try a quick sip neat, then pour 4-6cl into the glass with ice and then top up with tonic. - MOMOTARŌ LAST !SWORD! • Our Japanese inspiration for the classic Last Word • 3cl MOMOTARŌ Gin, 2cl Chartreuse, 2cl Maraschino, • 2cl lemon juice, 2cl cherry nectar and a bar spoon of egg white. • Shake all ingredients vigorously without ice, after a short time add ice • into the shaker and shake vigorously again. Double • Strain into a martini glass and enjoy!

Tokyo Nights Japanese Gin 0,7L 43%
Tokyo Nights Japanese Gin 0.7L 43% Japanese Gin Not only is it already a special thing that there is a gin from Japan, but the approach to the base alcohol is also very different from gins from Great Britain or Germany. In the motherland of gin, England, a distillate made from grain is usually used, or in Germany, for example, from potatoes, but the Tokyo Nights Japanese Gin has a completely different base alcohol. For this, molasses is distilled from sugar cane, as is usually the case with rum. The Tokyo Nights Japanese Gin takes the taster into the nightlife of Tokyo, where you can experience something special around the clock. In addition to classic spices and herbs such as juniper, the gin itself contains some unknown local botanicals that are typical for Japan. These are macerated in the base alcohol to create an intense aroma. The taste of the Japanese gin is well balanced and, in addition to the classic juniper notes, impresses with spicy and herbal notes. Slightly fruity undertones are also noticeable, here they probably come from local citrus fruits such as yuzu or similar.
