Pussers British Navy Rum Deptford Dockyard Reserve Edition 2022 0.7L 54.5% HM Victualling Yard, Deptford Served as the main dockyard of the Royal Navy for 300 years and in 1742 became the main spirits depot of the 'Victualling' Board, responsible for food supplies. The site was formerly known as the 'Red House' because of the red brick used to build the dockyard, factories and warehouses. Deptford was also later tasked with supplying storage yards in overseas stations with consumables such as rum, chocolate, biscuits, meat, candles, tobacco and clothing, as well as some non-consumable items such as medical supplies. The Navy blended prodigious quantities of rum during this period. Although historical accounts vary, the yard's warehouse grew to house between 30 and 32 storeships ranging in size from 4,600 to nearly 33,000 gallons in purpose-built buildings, with an estimated total capacity of 250,000 gallons of rum. Whether by design or luck, the final distillate issued by the Master Blenders at Deptford became known throughout the Royal Navy as "The Pusser's Rum" (a corruption of the word "Purser") and was highly regarded by the fleet and lucky civilians. To commemorate the 52nd anniversary of Black Dead Day, Pusser's Rum has released its limited edition Deptford Dockyard Reserve on Navy Proof (54.5% ABV). A blend of matured, high-ester spirits from Caribbean countries with a British colonial past - Guyana (Demerara), Trinidad, Barbados and Jamaica.

Pussers Coronation Reserve Rum 0.7L 54.5% Pusser's Rum Limited has created a limited edition Naval Rum from selected distilleries in Guyana and Trinidad to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla on May 6, 2023. This fine blend of aged rum has a strength of 54.5% (Navy Proof) and is similar to the one on July 31, 1970, when the Admiralty stopped its daily rum distribution to shipping companies, ending the longest tradition in maritime history.
