El Dorado Rum 15 years 0.7L 43% Finest rum from Guyana Guyana, located in South America with borders to Brazil, Suriname and Venezuela, has a direct connection to the Atlantic Ocean and can look back on a long tradition of rum production. The small country was once home to up to 300 distilleries, which were created as a byproduct of sugar production and mainly produced rum for the respective colonial rulers. Rum was previously used to sterilize drinking water on ships and was also served to sailors to keep morale high. Rum has thus become an important part of seafaring culture. Demerara rum has always been considered outstanding due to its heavy, complex character. El Dorado Rum 15 years is considered outstanding July 31, 1970, the so-called Black Tot Day, was the last day on which rum was served on board British ships and thus the fate of most distilleries was sealed due to the loss of the main buyer of rum. The last remaining distilleries gradually closed their doors and finally merged to form the Demerara Distillers. The old pot stills and continuous stills used by the Demerara Distillers are almost like museum pieces, but they also make it possible to produce a variety of different rum styles, thus keeping the myth of Guyanese rum alive. El Dorado Rum 15 Years is considered one of the finest rums in the category and is a dark, amber-colored rum and matures for at least 15 years in oak barrels before being bottled. El Dorado Rum 15 Years is a strong and expressive rum, with aromas of bananas, cedar wood and honey on the nose. El Dorado Rum 15 Years in taste El Dorado Rum 15 Years is a blend of rums from the former stills of Enmore, the Coffey Stills from the Diamond Distillery, the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still and the Versailles Single Wooden Pot Still. After blending, El Dorado Rum matures in old bourbon whiskey barrels for at least 15 years. The mouthfeel of El Dorado Rum 15 years is silky, full-bodied, extremely complex and impressive across the board. On the palate, grilled tropical fruits, caramel, oak tones and a lovely alcoholic note. El Dorado Rum 15 years wins medals one after the other and the list of its premieres is endless. Great!!! If there is a rum all-rounder that can introduce everyone to the subject of rum in the best possible way, then it is without a doubt El Dorado Rum 15 years.
Malteco Rum 20 Years 0.7L 40% Malteco Rum The rums in the Malteco range are mainly produced for the European market and offer an almost incomparable price-performance ratio. Malteco rums are already classics in the rum sector and can be found in numerous bars. They are suitable for high-quality cocktails and long drinks as well as for pure enjoyment, e.g. with a medium-strength cigar. A total of three ages of Malteco are available. The highest quality is this 20-year-old bottling, which is complemented by a Malteco 10-year-old and a Malteco 15-year-old. The Malteco Rum 20 Years This special Malteco rum has been aged for a remarkable period of at least 20 years in oak barrels. This is very, very long for a rum, as most distillates are bottled much earlier. This fine distillate has a noble amber color. The nose reveals aromas of vanilla, tobacco and dried plums. The palate has a delicate sweetness with aromas of apricot, banana and chocolate. The aftertaste is medium-length and also has a very sweet and spicy structure. We recommend that you allow yourself enough time to enjoy the Malteco rum for 20 years. For each year of barrel aging, you should allow this rum at least a minute to experience it in all its facets.
Malteco Rum 15 Years 0.05L 40% South American Rum Yes, good rum does not always come from the Caribbean. Good rums can also be found in Latin America. In fact, more sugar cane liquor is produced and brought to market here than anywhere else. There are of course some differences in what we consider to be rum, but on the whole they are quite similar. Ron Malteco The dark amber-colored 15-year-old Malteco rum, like its other siblings, matures in specially selected oak barrels. The special climatic conditions help the rum to develop a special aroma. Sweet vanilla aromas are the first thing that reaches the nose when the bottle is opened. On the palate, notes of toffee, chocolate and vanilla combine with fruity hints of plum and coconut to create a harmonious taste. Compared to the 10-year-old, the aromas here are a little stronger, but not too overwhelming. Malteco 15 years impresses with a fine, long-lasting finish. To give you a taste, we have added the miniature version of Malteco 15 years to our range.
Ron Malteco 11 years Triple 1 0.7L 55.5% Explosion of flavor! In terms of taste, you will be pampered with aromas of honey, dried apricots and the finest vanilla. There are also a few warm notes of plums and coffee, as well as a few subtle smoky notes. These aromas lead into a long-lasting finish with warming notes of caramel and spicy-peppery spices. It is recommended to enjoy this wonderful 11-year-old Malteco neat. Triple 1 'Triple 1' refers to the alcohol content of the 11-year-old Malteco rum. 55.5 vol.% or as rum lovers like to say '111 proof', which is simply the volume percentage in the USA. So if you come across this word again at some point, you now know that this figure is half of the German volume percentage.
Malteco Rum Seco Puro 1.0L 37.5% White rum This Blanco rum is based on an ancient original recipe from the 'Maestro Cantineros'. The recipe comes from Guatemala, where there are optimal conditions for growing sugar cane. Located in the very south of the country, directly on the Pacific coast, the country is characterized by volcanic soil. For some, this may be dead land, but for growing sugar cane it is the best foundation you can get. Due to the large amounts of minerals contained in the soil, the sugar cane grows particularly well on the plantations and also acquires a very unique taste. Distillation takes place after the harvest, also using a very traditional method. The difference to similar products such as brown rum is that Seco Pure is not matured in oak barrels, but is bottled directly after distillation and the maturation takes place in the bottles. Aromas of Malteco Seco Puro On the nose, clear notes of fresh herbs, liquorice and a hint of sweet almond are first noticeable. These aromas also prevail on the palate, which is exactly what the name 'Seco Puro' stands for. 'Seco' means dry, Puro' stands for pure and purity. In terms of taste, the style of Seco Puro can be described as very good with dry and some sweet notes.
Malteco Rum Viejo Dorado 1.0L 40% Ron Malteco Rum Who do we have to thank for the internationally famous Ron Malteco rum? Guatemalan style, so it can only come from the country of the same name... But that's wrong. Strictly speaking, we have Ron Malteco rum to thank for a small distillery in Panama. 'Golden Rum' The rum from Malteco, also known as 'Golden Rum', is the matured brother of the Malteco Seco Puro, which is also in our range. The Malteco Seco Puro is of course also matured, but in bottles, whereas the Viejo Dorado is matured in oak barrels. The rum also bears the name 'Superiore', which indicates a long maturation phase and thus places the rum in the premium segment. Premium taste In terms of aroma and taste, the Viejo Dorado has just enough to offer so that it is not overloaded, but on the other hand not too boring. The dryness known from the Seco Puro can be found again with a hint of sweet notes. The Viejo Dorado goes a step further, fruity overtones can also be detected here. The sweetness comes from high-quality vanilla, and spice notes provide a certain bite. It is recommended to enjoy it pure, with or without ice, but the Viejo Dorado is also not too good for use in cocktails.

Malecon Rum Rare Proof 17 years 0.7L 51.2% Marco Savio The Italian Marco Savio is behind the wonderful Ron Malecon, which has created its place on the world's spirits shelves in its own unique way. The Panama Rum is produced using the Cuban method and each product is made from the same molasses distillate, the only difference being the length of maturation. Malecon Rare Proof 17 years The Malecon Rare Proof is the slightly older brother of the Malecon 13-year-old, which was released in a small batch series with brand owner Savio and other experts. The Malecon 17 years also presents itself with a strong alcohol content of 51.2% vol., which is close to cask strength. This was done deliberately, as the aim of this small batch series is to tease out as many aromas as possible through a high alcohol content.
The Demons Share 15 Years Rum of Panama 0.7L 43% "The Demons Share" is the counterpart to the well-known concept of the "Angels Share", which is particularly well-known in whisky production. While the Angels Share describes the part of the distillate that is lost through evaporation during long storage and symbolically rises to the angels, Marco Savio decided to pay tribute to the demon realm when founding his distillery and brand. So the rum brand "The Demons Share" was quickly created to give these mystical powers their rightful place. Immersed in a dark mahogany tone, The Demons Share 15 Years Rum of Panama 0.7L 43% presents itself in all its glory. Its intense aroma reveals a variety of nuances, including the fresh peel of mandarin oranges, rich fruit compote, a hint of pepper and a touch of toffee. On the palate, an abundance of citrus fruits unfolds, accompanied by candied fruit and a balanced blend of spices, including black pepper and anise. The finish is long and gives the palate a smooth finish.
Marauda Steelpan Premium Rum 0.7L 40% Marauda Rum LLC is the proud bottling company of Marauda Steelpan Premium Rum, which positions itself online under the slogan "The return of the honest rum". The company's goal is to create an affordable rum that is ideal to enjoy neat. The result is Marauda Steelpan Premium Rum, a blend of rums from different origins, all made in the traditional way from high-quality molasses - a byproduct of sugar production from sugar cane. These rums come from Trinidad, Jamaica and Guyana, three countries with a long tradition of rum production, each with a unique style. The journey begins in Trinidad, where a rum is aged for three years and serves as a base to create the perfect harmony. From there we travel to Guyana to add another three-year-old rum from the still Demerara distillery process. This gives the blend a robust and distinctive depth. Finally, our journey takes us to Jamaica, where a heavy pot still rum also matures for three years and gives the blend its distinctive, "funky" note. Each rum in the Steelpan blend is distilled and matured using traditional methods, without the addition of additives or coloring. All of these rums mature in 53-gallon bourbon barrels made from American white oak and used only once for bourbon whiskey. The result is a rum of incomparable quality and sophistication that delights the senses and celebrates the true art of distilling. On the palate, this Marauda Steelpan Premium Rum 0.7L 40% presents itself with fine notes of exotic dried fruits, honey, tobacco and vanilla. A potpourri of various fruits is enveloped in a gentle sweetness. The finish is surprisingly long and complex for a rum in this price range, with subtle hints of vanilla and oak wood.
