Chairmans Reserve Spiced 0.7L 40%

The Chairman's Reserve Spiced is the latest product from the St. Lucia Distillery. The rum-based spiced spirit contains many local spices and fruits from the independent island state, such as cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, coconut, allspice, lemon and orange peel. The bark of the potency tree (Richeria Grandis) is used as a special ingredient. This has always been known to the island's original inhabitants as an aphrodisiac under the name "Bois Bande".

After the rum has been distilled in copper stills, it is filled into old Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey barrels to mature. During storage, the herbs and spices are gradually added to the rum to ensure an ideal harmonization of the aromas.

Chairman's Reserve Spiced has a deep mahogany color and shows intense notes of bitter oranges, raisins, nutmeg and cinnamon on the nose. The aftertaste is characterized by exotic spices. A hedonistic but complex spiced spirit that is ideal for mixing with cranberry juice or ginger beer.
