St. Kitts - An island to fall in love with
What exactly Christopher Columbus thought when he first saw the island's long sandy beaches and bays is unfortunately not known - but it is certain that he was probably just as fascinated by the island's beauty as the thousands of tourists who travel to the Caribbean island every year.

One person who was also fascinated by the beauty of the idyllic island of St. Kitts, which together with the island of Nevis forms the island state of St. Kitts and Nevis, is the entrepreneur Bob Brinley. In 1986, he founded an electronics company on the island that manufactured temperature sensors. As the company was doing well, Bob Brinley and his family settled on the island. However, when he had to give up the electronics company after many successful years, Bob Brinley and his son Zach considered how they could make money on the small island from now on. Zach then gave up his well-paid job on Wall Street and decided to do something completely new with his father - rum.

The two had one goal firmly in mind: to bring the smoothest spiced rum in the world to market! The first product in the portfolio of the then young company was Brinley Rum Vanilla. A noble blend of fine rum and the best vanilla from Madagascar. The locals and visitors to the island were immediately enthusiastic and the experts at the renowned International Rum Festival in Newfoundland awarded Brinley Rum Vanilla two gold medals in its first year. Driven by this success, other products followed, such as Brinley Rum Mango, Coconut, Coffee and Spiced!

Ever since the well-respected company Opici was won over as a sales partner in the USA, it was clear that the family business wanted to operate worldwide. Brinley's spiced rums have recently become available in Germany and are rapidly becoming more popular here.

The Brinley Shipwreck Spiced

The basis for the Brinley Shipwreck Spiced is a high-quality four-year-old rum that was distilled from molasses using traditional methods and allowed to mature in wooden barrels. Rums made from molasses are considered to be very aromatic and complex and are therefore ideal for making spiced rums. The base rum is flavored with vanilla, nutmeg, cloves, orange and other spices.

The Brinley Shipwreck Spiced is a very complex spiced rum that is not only suitable for enjoying with cola. The multitude of flavors are waiting to be discovered and so connoisseurs drink it at room temperature or on ice - but mostly neat!

Brinley Shipwreck Vanilla 0.7L 36% The history of Brinley Rum Brinley is a family business that was founded in 1986 on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts by the entrepreneur Bob Brinley. At that time, temperature sensors were still being manufactured under the management of Bon Brinley. Brinley was originally an electronics company. When this company had to close, the Brinley family looked for new ways to make a living on the idyllic island of St. Kitts. The family decided to try something completely new and decided to produce rum from then on. For this reason, Bob's son Zach Brinley quit his job on Wall Street and joined his father's newly founded rum company as president. From the very beginning, the Brinleys set themselves the goal of developing the smoothest spiced rum in the world. Their first product was the Brinley Rum Vanilla, which is still an extremely popular drink among the island's residents and visitors today. Just a few months after its release, the Vanilla Rum won two gold medals at the prestigious International Rum Festival in Newfoundland, Canada. Driven by this success, new spiced rums with the natural taste of mango, coffee and coconut quickly followed. These bottlings were also well received by consumers and so the family business expanded into the USA. There, Bob and Zach Brinley visited numerous bars and restaurants and were finally able to win the well-known company Opici as a distribution partner. The Brinley Shipwreck Vanilla The basis for the Brinley Shipwreck Vanilla is, of course, rum. This was distilled from molasses using traditional methods. It is then flavored with natural vanilla from Madagascar and fine sugar is added. This creates a very natural vanilla flavor that is missing in many competing products. To fully enjoy this rum, we recommend enjoying it in the sunshine with a few ice cubes!

Brinley Shipwreck Mango, 0,7 L, 36%
Brinley Shipwreck Mango, 0.7L 36% The story of a family business Long sandy beaches, beautiful bays, bright sunshine - who doesn't dream of working under these conditions? That's what happened to Bob Brinley in 1986 when he decided to set up an electronics company on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts (Saint Christopher). Bob's company, which manufactured temperature sensors, was able to establish itself successfully and Bob started a family on the island in addition to his company. After the company had to close after many successful years, Bob looked for new ways to earn money and live on St. Kitts. Together with his son Zach Brinley, he decided to try something completely new - rum Zach, who was a successful trader on Wall Street, swapped his job in New York for the management of the family business. From the very beginning, father and son had the ambitious goal of producing the smoothest and most delicious spiced rum in the world. After long and numerous experiments with different rums and flavors, Brinley Rum Vanilla was finally created, which was the first product of the young company. The residents and visitors of the island were immediately convinced by the taste and quality of the product and it established itself as a permanent fixture in the bars and pubs of St. Kitts. But experts were also convinced by Brinley Rum Vanilla and just a few months after its launch it was able to win two gold medals at the renowned International Rum Festival in Newfoundland. Driven by this success, careful work was carried out on the development of new products, which finally took the form of Brinley Rum Coffee, Coconut and Mango. These products also quickly established themselves on the island and are now also available in the USA and Europe, where they are becoming more popular every day! The Brinley Shipwreck Mango Like all of Brinley's spiced rums, this mango-flavored bottling is based on a fine rum that has been distilled from molasses using traditional methods. Rums made from molasses are much stronger and more aromatic than those made from fresh sugar cane juice and are therefore ideal for making spiced rums. To bring the natural flavor of mango into the rum, Brinley uses fully ripe mangos from Brazil! The Brinley Shipwreck Mango is best enjoyed in warm temperatures on lots of ice!
