Juan Sánchez de la Torre laid the foundations for the Sánchez Romate Hermanos company in 1781 in Jerez de la Frontera. Juan Sánchez quickly gained recognition for the quality of his products and the company was able to grow quickly and, thanks to technical innovations, always produce one of the best brandies in the region.
Romate Brandy is now part of the large Cardenal Mendoza brandy house and is considered one of the most popular brandies in Spain. The Solera Reserve has a distinctive vanilla, toffee and grape aroma and a round and gentle body. The aftertaste is medium-long and spicy.
