Der Plantation Rum Trinidad 2011/2022 Sauternes Wine Finish wurde 2011 in der Trinidad Distillers in Mehrkolonnen destilliert. Anschließend reifte er neun Jahre lang in Bourbonfässern. Nach dieser ersten Reifung wird der Rum nach Frankreich verschifft, wo er ein weiteres Jahr in Ferrandfässern lagert. Sein finales Finish erhält er durch eine dreimonatige Reifung in einem Sauternes Weinfass.
