William Hinton Rum 600 Anos Limited Edition 0,7L 59%
William Hinton Rum 600 Anos Limited Edition 0,7L 59%

William Hinton Rum 600 Anos Limited Edition 0.7L 59% The Rum project began in 2006, when sugar cane production in Madeira was increasing rapidly and the need arose to meet the needs of the sugar cane sector and help the numerous farmers dedicated to sugar cane cultivation. With the special dedication of one of its founders, descendants of the Hinton family, former owners and responsible for the success of the "Fábrica do Torreão" in the sugar cane sector, the driving force behind the creation of Engenho Novo in Madeira became clear. In a first phase, ENM produced Agricola rum and sugar cane honey with the aim of supplying the local gastronomy. In a second phase, agricultural rum was transformed into valuable products such as liqueurs or aged rums. Currently, ENM sources all its agricole rum production from a centenary column still restored by Fábrica do Torreão in 1969 and again restored/rebuilt by ENM in 2007. The company focuses on two main areas: the regional market and the global marketing of Madeira Agricole rum. The sudden global interest in Agricole rums, which represent only 5% of global rum production, is driving the internationalization and commercialization of Madeira rum produced by ENM. The geographical location, climate, landscape and historical link to the sector make Madeira Island Agricole Rum a unique product, whose aging is ENM's main focus. William Hinton Rum 600 Anos Limited Edition 0.7L 59% is produced to celebrate the discovery of Madeira Island in 1419. This special Agricole rum is made from a traditional Portuguese pot still, a discontinuous distillation system with two distillation columns and two condensers. The result is a William Hinton Rum 600 Anos Limited Edition with an alcohol content of 59% vol., which offers unique spicy aromas and flavor profiles. Perfect for refreshing fruit juice cocktails or to enjoy neat.
