El Dorado Rum Blended in the Barrel 2010/2019 Port Mourant Uitvlugt Diamond is a limited edition blended rum from Guyana that is created by combining two unique distillation processes: the Diamond Continuous Coffey Still and the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still. After distillation, it is aged for nine years. Unlike traditional rums, the distillates of these two types are married immediately after distillation and not after maturation.

This special El Dorado rum is bottled with an alcohol content of 49.6% vol. On the nose, the El Dorado Rum 2010/2019 Port Mourant Uitvlugt Diamond presents aromas of roasted caramel, pecans and fresh, floral, exotic fruits. On the palate, it shows a complex blend of mineral notes, fruitiness, oak, caramel, vanilla, honey, spicy nutmeg and a hint of licorice. Its finish is long and characterized by exotic fruit aromas.
