Macallan Single Malt Whisky 12 Years Double Cask 0.7L 40% Macallan was one of the first distilleries to be licensed to legally produce whisky. The distillery combines traditional methods, passion and craftsmanship. In terms of production and the natural ingredients used, it is based on the major influences of Spain, North America and, above all, Scotland. The distillery was founded by Alexander Reid, a barley farmer and teacher. The area in which the Macallen distillery is located was originally called 'Maghellan'. It is made up of the Gaelic 'magh', which means fertile land, and 'Ellan' from the monk St. Fillan, who had a close connection to the cherry that once stood on the site. The Macallan Double Cask now matures exclusively in old sherry casks. The barrels have a special secret: American oak barrels were filled with sherry especially for the Macallen distillery to be used for maturing the whisky. Old sherry barrels made of European oak are also used to obtain an even better aroma. On the nose, the classic aroma of sherry accompanied by dried fruit and butterscotch. The full aroma is then revealed on the palate: creamy on the tongue, honey with jam and cinnamon is reminiscent of oven-fresh, warm pastries.

Tamnavulin Single Malt Whisky Tempranillo Cask Edition 1.0L 40% Scottish single malt distillery The Tamnavulin distillery is a Scottish malt distillery that sounds similar to the town of Tomnavoulin to which it belongs, and also belongs to the Speyside whisky region. It is probably the only distillery that has the right to call itself 'Glenlivet', because it is located in the immediate vicinity of the bearer of the famous name, the gorge in the Scottish Highlands through which the River Livet flows. However, the distillery does not get the water needed for production from this river, but from underground springs. This can be traced back to the name of the distillery, which can be translated as 'mill on the hill' and is reminiscent of the location, a beautiful water mill, where the distillery was built in 1956 by Invergordon Distillers. In 1995, after the takeover by Whyte & Mackay, the distillery had to close for a few years until it reopened in 2007 after renovation work. Tempranillo Cask Edition Single Batch No. 00576 Single Malt Scotch Whisky The special thing about this bottling is that after maturing in American white oak barrels, this whisky was finished in Tempranillo red wine barrels. In addition to other great aromas, this maturation phase further underlines the sweet and mild taste of the Tamnavulin whisky. In general, it is a very fruity whisky with aromas of red berries, fruit cake and notes of fresh vanilla and tangerines. The tasting also reveals fruity, sweet aromas: sweet figs, caramelized apples and juicy peaches. Notes of maple syrup and coffee can also be detected. The finish is rich in aromas and pleasantly soft on the palate.

Tamnavulin Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky Sherry Cask Edition 0.7L 40% Aged in American oak barrels and enhanced by a finesse in three different sherry casks. A classic revelation from the Scottish Speyside region. Nose: A bouquet marked by freshly baked tarte tatin and vanilla pod, which soon gives way to another charm, as nuances of banana, caramelized orange and fresh ginger complete this composition of temptation. Palate: Warm and inviting. The palate discovers an avalanche of exotic aromas, glazed nectarines and frangipane, briefly illuminated by a hint of sticky toffee pudding, demerara sugar and Seville oranges.

The key to the exceptional taste profile lies in the specially selected barrels and how they are roasted and charred. Creag Dhu is a very traditional whisky, produced by master distiller Chris Molyneaux, in collaboration with a Speyside distillery. Time-honored Scottish whisky distilling techniques are used that have not changed for centuries. Creag Dhu whisky is stored for at least eight years. Creag Dhu is an exceptionally smooth, rich, spicy and delicate single malt Scotch whisky with a warm and long finish, with notes of date and walnut cake, spicy caramel and Oloroso sherry.
