Tamnavulin Single Malt Whisky Tempranillo Cask Edition 1,0L 40%
Tamnavulin Single Malt Whisky Tempranillo Cask Edition 1.0L 40% Scottish single malt distillery The Tamnavulin distillery is a Scottish malt distillery that sounds similar to the town of Tomnavoulin to which it belongs, and also belongs to the Speyside whisky region. It is probably the only distillery that has the right to call itself 'Glenlivet', because it is located in the immediate vicinity of the bearer of the famous name, the gorge in the Scottish Highlands through which the River Livet flows. However, the distillery does not get the water needed for production from this river, but from underground springs. This can be traced back to the name of the distillery, which can be translated as 'mill on the hill' and is reminiscent of the location, a beautiful water mill, where the distillery was built in 1956 by Invergordon Distillers. In 1995, after the takeover by Whyte & Mackay, the distillery had to close for a few years until it reopened in 2007 after renovation work. Tempranillo Cask Edition Single Batch No. 00576 Single Malt Scotch Whisky The special thing about this bottling is that after maturing in American white oak barrels, this whisky was finished in Tempranillo red wine barrels. In addition to other great aromas, this maturation phase further underlines the sweet and mild taste of the Tamnavulin whisky. In general, it is a very fruity whisky with aromas of red berries, fruit cake and notes of fresh vanilla and tangerines. The tasting also reveals fruity, sweet aromas: sweet figs, caramelized apples and juicy peaches. Notes of maple syrup and coffee can also be detected. The finish is rich in aromas and pleasantly soft on the palate.

Glengoyne Cuartillo Highland Single Malt Whisky 1,0L 40%
Glengoyne Cuartillo Single Malt Whisky 1.0L 40% Glengoyne The Glengoyne whisky distillery is located in the southern Highlands of Scotland. The distillery is best known for its various bottlings, with which it has won many awards over the years. The distillery mainly uses barrels made of American or Spanish oak for maturation; these mostly come from Jerez and were previously filled with premium sherry. Spirit of Oak Series The Glengoyne Cuartillo is another product in the Spirit of Oak series, which presents whisky that has matured in various oak barrels. The Cuartillo matured in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks made of American oak. This gives the whisky a very fruity character, which can also be clearly perceived on the nose. This is accompanied by spicy notes such as cinnamon and vanilla. Pastry notes and clear fruit aromas introduce the medium-long, soft finish.

Tamnavullin Speyside Single Malt Whisky Double Cask 0,7L 40%
Tamnavullin Speyside Single Malt Whisky Double Cask 0.7L 40% Distillery anniversary It was not clear for a long time that the distillery would even have such a 'big' anniversary. The distillery, which was only built by Invergordon in 1966, had its difficulties right from the start. After it was taken over by Whyte & Mackay in 1994, they closed the distillery a good year later. At the turn of the century, production resumed briefly for a few months, but nothing major. It was only after the distillery was sold again and bought by a subsidiary of the Indian UB Group that whisky production began again in the same year it was bought, 2007. However, they rarely sold under their own name, and liter after liter went into various blends, including Mackinlay's. To mark the company's 50th anniversary, the Tamnavullin distillery from the village of the same name in Scotland has finally brought a new original bottling onto the market. This went through two maturation phases, the first in ex-bourbon barrels and the second in ex-sherry barrels, which gave it a strong amber color. The Double Cask has a lot to offer in terms of taste. Spicy notes such as cinnamon and cardamom, cloves and allspice, as well as notes of dark stone fruit such as plums. Light sweetness from malt and butter caramel. Sweet and spicy notes accompany the finish.

Tamdhu Single Malt Whisky Batch Strength No. 6 Limited Release 0,7L 56,8%
Tamdhu Single Malt Whisky Batch Strength No. 6 Limited Release 0.7L 56.8% Sixth limited edition This is the sixth time that the award-winning bottling has been released in the 'Batch Strength' series. After Batch Strength No. 005, which won gold at 'The Spirits Buisness Luxury Masters' in 2020, its successor Batch Strength No. 6 follows. Batch Strength No. 6 is an unfiltered whisky with an alcohol content of 56.8% vol. This series is matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry casks, which sets it apart from its competitors, as usually only the finish takes place in sherry casks. Particular emphasis is placed on a high proportion of first-fill barrels. The aim here is to achieve a complex taste profile, resulting in an intense oak aroma with sweet, dry sherry notes. The rich taste really develops on the palate: Red summer berries with fine vanilla and a creamy mouthfeel. If you add a few drops of water, clear notes of orange, lemon and oak spice emerge. The finish is, as always, Tamdhu's 'trademark': Very long-lasting and also with a wealth of aromas. Again, the notes of fruit, spices and the distinctive sherry notes accompanied by spicy notes such as cinnamon.

Tamdhu Single Malt Whisky Speyside 15 Yo Limited Release 0,7L 46%
Tamdhu Speyside 15 Year Old Limited Release 0.7L 46% Tamdhu Distillery The Tamdhu Distillery Company was founded in the midst of the whisky boom at the end of the 19th century. It was founded by a union of merchants and whisky blenders. In addition to the well-known William Grant, a well-known architect, Charles Doig, was brought on board to build one of the most modern distilleries for the time. Just one year later, the first whisky was distilled and bottled. As with most distilleries, many closures and changes of ownership followed in the 20th century. Production was most recently discontinued between 2009 and 2012, with the Edrington Group, which had owned the company since 1999, selling the distillery and all associated shares to Ian Macleod Distillers in 2011. Ian Macleod Distillers recognized the potential behind the brand and decided to get the still fully functional distillery up and running again and give the 'Tamdhu' brand a new image. At the same time, they still maintain that the whiskeys have a strong sherry influence. Tamdhu 15 year old bottling Lovers of whiskey with strong sherry influences will be very happy with this 15 year old Tamdhu. The 15 year old Tamdhu matured in Oloroso sherry casks and has a strong aroma full of dark fruits and a bouquet of various spices.

R-01.1 The bottling, distilled in May 2018 and bottled in May 2022, matured in a number of different barrels. These include ex-rye barrels or Chinkapin oak barrels. The aroma is definitely characterized by fruity notes. Notes of various candied fruits and a hint of sea and smoke leave a fine first impression. On the palate, sweet caramel notes and other fruity notes, this time reminiscent of currants, and a slight spiciness pamper the senses. The finish is long and very balanced.
