Pastis 51 is the great rival to Pernod and Ricard and has been produced in Marseille in the south of France since 1951. Pastis 51 is a delicate aniseed spirit that is traditionally drunk diluted with ice-cold water.

By adding water, the distillate turns emerald green.
On the palate with delicate, appetizing notes of fennel, liquorice, star anise and a variety of aromatic herbs and spices.
