12/12 Pastis de Saint Tropez Rendezvous en Terrasse 0.7L 45%

Pastis 12/12 was created by a group of childhood friends from Saint-Tropez. They remembered the well-known pastis that their ancestors enjoyed at every celebration and thought about giving this trendy aperitif a bit of a twist. The bottle design also combines modernity with old traditions:
The shape of the Pastis 12/12 is intended to be reminiscent of a glass carafe in which pastis was served in earlier times. The design of the labels is contemporary and reflects the ideal way to enjoy your 12/12 pastis with friends.
The highlight of the whole design, however, is the bottle closure. This is not just a simple cork or something similar, but a boules ball. The ball on top is removable and can therefore be used as a 'game piece'.

Pastis 12/12 is produced in the small, oldest family distillery called 'Cristal Liminana'. The recipe was inspired by some members of an Italian community who liked to add a drop of Amaretto to their Pastis every now and then.
In terms of taste, this is a classic Pastis from Saint Tropez combined with a certain sophistication.

Aelred Pastis 1889 Provencal 0,7L 45%
Aelred Pastis 1889 Provencal 0.7L 45% A spirit with tradition After the production, sale and consumption of spirits containing thujone, such as absinthe, were banned at the beginning of the 20th century, farmers from Provence secretly set about developing an alternative. This led to the creation of 'Pastis', which is derived from the French 'pastiche', which in English can be translated as 'imitation'. This Pastis consists of a certain basic ingredient, star anise. Its alcohol content is between 40 and 45% vol. It is important that the spirit can be called Pastis if it has a clearly perceptible aniseed flavour and uses natural extracts from liquorice. Other herbs and plants may also be used, so thyme, cumin and savory are usually found in the ingredients list alongside anise. Other guidelines for the designation as pastis are the glycyrrhizic acid content, which comes from the liquorice root, and the amount of sugar. Recommended consumption Pastis is usually served with ice-cold water. For this, the liquor is diluted in a ratio of 5 to 1 (water/pastis). Pastis is now also used as an ingredient in long drinks, e.g. in combination with bitter lemon or orange juice. In the south of France, and thus in the home of Aelred Pastis 1889 Provencal, another way of serving pastis has become popular. In addition to the ice water mentioned above, you also add a splash of syrup or liqueur.

Ricard Pastis, 1 L, 45%
Ricard Pastis Anissée, 1 L, 45% Anisées - spirits with a long tradition In the world of spirits, aniseeds (aniseed drinks) have an old tradition. Already 3500 years ago, some peoples valued the effect of aniseed spirit on stomach and intestinal complaints. Based on this long tradition, aniseeds can now be found in all parts of the world. While the Turks call it Raki, in Italy it is known as Sambucca and in Greece as Ouzo. Absinthe: Famous and infamous The most famous and at the same time most infamous spirit made from anise is absinthe. Absinthe, which appeared as a healing elixir towards the end of the 18th century, reached its peak in the second half of the 19th and early 20th centuries as an important source of inspiration for artists and writers. After absinthe was banned in 1915 because of its alleged hallucinogenic effects, people looked for alternatives. Paul Ricard reinterprets absinthe The Frenchman Paul Ricard finally brought pastis onto the market in 1932. The production of this spirit is based on triple-distilled neutral alcohol, which is mixed with anise, star anise, liquorice and other herbs. It does not contain the active ingredient thujone, which is responsible for the effect of absinthe. Pastis Ricard quickly developed into one of the most popular aniseed drinks in the world and is traditionally drunk diluted with water. When diluted in this way, the pastis is colored milky by the so-called "Louche Effect". Pastis Ricard offers intense aniseed aromas with clear notes of liquorice and herbs. The self-respecting Parisian doesn't drink Pernod, he drinks Ricard!
