Product information "Momotaro Gin 0,5L 42%"

Momotaro Gin 0.5L 42%

The Momotaro Gin is a tribute to the Japanese legend of Momotaro: a young, brave man who was born from a peach to a childless couple and who, together with his three animal companions, travels the world and protects it from monsters. Inspired by this traditional legend, hand-picked botanicals such as momo peach, yuzu lemon, sakura cherry blossoms and sencha tea are distilled in the best craft manner for the Momotaro Gin. During production, particular emphasis is placed on particularly slow and gentle maceration and distillation in order to give the selected botanicals the time they really need to develop their full aroma. In terms of taste, the Momotaro Gin therefore impresses with a particularly elegant citrus note, which is perfectly complemented by the momo peach. A fruity, fresh, gourmet journey to the Far East, which is particularly impressive in a gin and tonic, or in unusual cocktail creations.

Akori Gin, 0,7L 42%
Akori Gin, 0.7L 42% Destilerias Campeny SA Spain and Japan - at first glance, the two countries do not have much in common. At least not if you are not familiar with Akori Gin. Akori Gin is a gin from Spain whose taste is inspired by the "Land of Smiles". The manufacturer of Akori Gin is Destilerías Campeny SA, located near Barcelona, right by the sea, which has already launched well-known products such as Tann's Gin and Only Gin. The company Destilerías Campeny SA was founded in 1970 by the Catalan businessman Amadeo Campeny i Pons, who managed to turn the distillery into one of the most important Spanish spirits producers in just a few years. Destilerías Campeny SA now exports to over 15 countries and, in addition to gin, also offers gin, tequila, absinthe, cream liqueurs and numerous other spirits and liqueurs. However, many of these products are relatively classic, which is why the Akori Gin was a completely new approach. The Akori Gin The basis for the Akori Gin is high-quality grain alcohol. This is then mixed with various herbs and spices, the so-called botanicals, and distilled again after a certain maceration period in order to transfer the flavors dissolved from the botanicals into the finished gin. As mentioned at the beginning, Destilerías Campeny SA was inspired by Japan when it came to the botanicals used for the Akori Gin. Ginger, kumquats and dragon fruit are among the flavoring components used. This is of course also clearly noticeable when tasting, as the Akori Gin differs significantly in its taste profile from common gins. Its fruity and exotic gin gives classics such as the Gin & Tonic or Martini Dry Cocktail a completely new twist, but is also the basis for numerous new cocktail creations and long drinks. An exciting product that is not only very attractive in terms of taste, but also in terms of price!

Roku Japanese Craft Gin 0,7L 43%
Roku Japanese Craft Gin 0.7L 43% Roku Gin from Japan belongs to one of the world's largest spirits companies, Beam Suntory, and has only been on the market since summer 2017. Despite its young age, Roku Gin has already established itself well. The name 'Roku' can be translated into German as the number six and in this case refers to six important Japanese botanicals. In addition to the usual botanicals, exactly 6 of the 14 used are regional herbs, spices and plants. So what is typically Japanese for Europeans and absolutely cannot be missing? Cherry blossoms and green tea. These are exactly the ingredients used in their pure form. Cherry blossoms and leaves and refined green Gyokuro and Sencha tea. There is also Japanese pepper and yuzu, a special citrus fruit that is very common in Japan. This combination has the following taste: Juniper clearly defines the fine bouquet and is initially accompanied by cone-like aromas on the nose, but the other botanicals are not neglected here either. However, you never have the feeling that you are being overwhelmed with aromas, rather each individual aroma flows gently into the next. Coriander and yuzu are the two aromas that most clearly support the juniper aroma.

Butterscotch Irish Whiskey Liqueur 0.5L 25% Kaltenthaler Distillery The German Kaltenthaler distillery is responsible for this wonderful series of three butterscotch liqueurs. Since 1991, in the third generation, they have not only produced liqueur under the name 'For the Lovers Liqueur', but also rum under the brand 'Revolte Rum' and other fruit brandies. Taste On the nose, clear notes of caramel, accompanied by vanilla and malt, which quickly transitions into the fine, spicy aroma of Irish whiskey. Oak wood is also clearly evident here, accompanied by alternating notes of caramel and whiskey. If you like special drinks, you should try an 'Espresso Martini'. To do this, add the Butterscotch Irish Whiskey Liqueur and espresso with a little crushed ice in a 2:1 ratio in a shaker, shake well and then strain into a glass. Another good combination is to enjoy the Butterscotch Irish Whiskey Liqueur as a tonic. To do this, simply mix the liqueur with tonic water as you would for a gin and tonic.

Tokyo Nights Japanese Gin 0,7L 43%
Tokyo Nights Japanese Gin 0.7L 43% Japanese Gin Not only is it already a special thing that there is a gin from Japan, but the approach to the base alcohol is also very different from gins from Great Britain or Germany. In the motherland of gin, England, a distillate made from grain is usually used, or in Germany, for example, from potatoes, but the Tokyo Nights Japanese Gin has a completely different base alcohol. For this, molasses is distilled from sugar cane, as is usually the case with rum. The Tokyo Nights Japanese Gin takes the taster into the nightlife of Tokyo, where you can experience something special around the clock. In addition to classic spices and herbs such as juniper, the gin itself contains some unknown local botanicals that are typical for Japan. These are macerated in the base alcohol to create an intense aroma. The taste of the Japanese gin is well balanced and, in addition to the classic juniper notes, impresses with spicy and herbal notes. Slightly fruity undertones are also noticeable, here they probably come from local citrus fruits such as yuzu or similar.
