Blackwood Distillers, which opened on the Shetland Islands in 2002, is considered the northernmost whisky distillery in the world. Although transporting the precious spirits to the mainland and from there to the whole world (vodka and gin are now also produced) is costly, the location is retained. The best regional ingredients, excellent peat, pure island air and, last but not least, crystal-clear water guarantee the products of this innovative distillery.
Blackwood Distillers has achieved a special coup with the new edition of a vodka variety that had been sold out for years: Diva Vodka.
With its glamorous appearance, this rarity captivates at first glance. In addition to the crystal-clear vodka, each of the elegantly curved bottles contains a unique combination of stones painstakingly selected by hand: pink tumalin, citrine, smoky topaz, peridot and zirconia.
Vodka Diva, made from grain and glacier water, is triple distilled, giving it a wonderful smoothness. It is given additional elegance by being triple-filtered through Nordic birch charcoal.
