Bitters - Angostura, The Bitter Truth and other cocktail bitters
Bitters are also known as seasoning bitters or cocktail bitters. Bitters are an alcoholic seasoning ingredient for cocktails and long drinks. They are similar in taste to bitter spirits, but are often much more concentrated and are therefore only used in dashes or spritzes. The best-known bitters are Angostura bitters, which were already used as a condiment at the beginning of the 19th century. In recent years, however, other bitters brands such as The Bitter Truth, Fee Brothers, Amargo Chuncho and Adam Elmegirab have also conquered the market. With exciting products such as Aromatic Bitters, Orange Bitters, Celery Bitters, Creole Bitters, Chocolate Bitters and Grapefruit Bitters, they have revolutionized the cocktail scene and enabled the preparation of many new cocktail creations.
