This brand's rum series consists of various blends from specially selected barrels from the Dominican Republic. The contents of rums that have been aged for different lengths of time are married using the Solera process and then stored in oak barrels for at least 21 years for the first maturation phase. They are then all finished in different barrel types such as ex-sherry or single malt whisky barrels.

After distillation and initial storage in the Caribbean, the Double Cask Oloroso Rum is shipped to Great Britain and, as the name suggests, receives a 16-month finish in Oloroso sherry barrels made from Limousin oak, which gives it its sweet sherry aroma. The aroma ranges between sweet fruits and a light oak aroma. On the palate it is very complex and full-bodied. Notes of dried fruits, oak and dark chocolate emerge. The fruity sweetness is still clearly recognizable in the long-lasting finish.
