Ginato Gin

For the Italian Ginato, the task was to create a gin from the best possible ingredients in the country. To do this, they searched across the whole country for both the best grapes and the best citrus fruits. In addition to the juniper from Italy, all gins have these two ingredients in common. For each variant, a special type of grape is combined with an unusual citrus fruit.

Pompelmo Gin

For this gin variant, Sangiovese grapes were used and combined with pink grapefruits. Together with juniper, the result is a fruity, tart, refreshing taste. The tart aromas of pink grapefruit clearly dominate on the palate, the Sangiovese grapes add a slight sweetness and the juniper aroma is also clearly recognizable.
