For the 'Clementino' variant, Nebbiolo grapes and juicy clementines were used. The latter provide a fresh, summery feeling.
The juicy and fresh aroma of the clementines combines excellently with the notes of the Nebbiolo grape and is skilfully underlined by a hint of juniper.
