Made with high-quality sloes, this sloe gin is stronger and at the same time less sweet than comparable products. This has the advantage that the natural sloe aroma is not overpowered by the sugar and the gin also retains its natural aroma. Foxdenton Dry Gin 0.7L 48% The English Radclyffe family has been producing alcoholic products for several generations. When Nicholas Radclyffe took over the family business - Foxdenton Estate Company Ltd. - from his father in 2001, he specialized in the production of gin and gin-based fruit liqueurs.The flagship of the house is this strong dry gin, which is bottled at an impressive 48% vol. On the nose and palate, the gin shows all the typical aromas that you would expect from a London dry gin - just a touch stronger. The aftertaste is amazingly smooth, long and refreshing. Edinburgh Raspberry Gin 1.0L 40% Since 2010, the Edinburgh distillery under the management of the Spencerfield Spirit Company has been known for its various gin varieties, which are produced in two distilleries. The classic London Dry Edinburgh Gin, on which the other varieties are based, is distilled from 14 carefully selected botanicals. Some of these include lavender blossoms, lemongrass, pine needles and mulberries. 100% Scottish raspberries This Raspberry Gin from the Edinburgh distillery was refined with raspberries from Scotland. They definitely wanted to source a regional product for this product, although Scotland is probably not considered the number 1 growing region for raspberries. The Perthshire region, however, offers the perfect climate for growing berries. The fresh raspberries, picked by hand, are macerated in the gin for a month, so that they can slowly release not only their coloring, but also their fruity, sweet aroma into the gin. Before bottling, a little sugar is added and then the gin is reduced with water to a pleasant drinking strength.

Foxdenton Lemon and Cucumber Liqueur 0.7L 20% Foxdenton Estate A few years before the Second World War, in 1935, an English family founded the Foxdenton Estate. To this day, it is run by the third and fourth generations and has managed to establish itself on the market. Over the years, the company has specialised in a particular product range: the production of English fruit gin liqueurs. These are, however, only produced on a very small scale. Foxdenton Estate places particular emphasis on regional and seasonal products. Gin liqueurs with seasonal fruits are made here according to their own traditional recipes, which, whenever possible, come from Great Britain. But the company also likes to try out unusual flavour combinations, as with the Lemon & Cucumber Liqueur: Based on Foxdenton's London Dry Gin, the combination of lemon and cucumber creates a super-fresh summery gin. Ideally, serve it as a gin and tonic, garnished with a slice of cucumber. But you can also combine it with sparkling elderflower water to create a fantastic summer drink.

Foxdenton Rhubarb 0.7L 21.5% Founded in 1935 The Foxdenton Estate winery was founded by the Radclyff family in the first quarter of the 20th century and is now family-run by the fourth generation. At that time, the aim was to preserve a piece of England and reflect all its facets. They began producing fruit gin liqueurs made from seasonal fruits from the region. Only a few years after they started their business, a friend of the family asked why the Radcylff's didn't actually produce a 'normal' London Dry Gin. No sooner said than done, they set about creating a product previously known as 'Export Strength' Gin. However, since there are many rules attached to this production, it was not at first that easy to develop a gin of the highest quality with a strong taste. It took around 6 months for Nick Radclyff, his friend and the master distiller to come to a conclusion. Today, all fruit liqueur gins are based on this London Dry Gin recipe. Rhubarb Gin Liqueur For a balanced gin liqueur with a rhubarb taste, the distillery only used the best rhubarb from Yorkshire. Its pink color is also based purely on the botanical, as Foxdenton does not use any coloring or additives. However, this pink gin should not be confused with the trendy 'pink gins', as these are usually based on gin mixed with berries and are therefore more fruity. With the rhubarb gin liqueur, however, the flavor profile goes in a completely different direction: The actually dominant acidity of the rhubarb has been well rounded off here and the addition of various herbs results in a very harmonious taste.

Caorunn Raspberry Gin 0.7L 41.8% Caorunn's Scottish raspberry gin skilfully demonstrates how our Copper Berry Chamber extracts the maximum flavor from our 11 gin botanicals. The refreshing Perthshire raspberries add an additional fruity note. Compared to our classic, slightly spicy gin, this Caorunn Raspberry Gin 0.7L 41.8% is particularly fruity, with the aromas of raspberry and the acidity of rowan dominating. The result is a pleasant mouthfeel and a lingering finish that perfectly rounds off this pleasure.
