This tropical rum matured for 4 years and 7 months in Fiji before being shipped to the UK in 2017. There, the Albert Michler Single Cask Rum was refined for a further 5 years in single-use bourbon barrels to develop a unique and complex taste profile.
Bottled with an alcohol content of 55.4% vol., this rum impresses on the nose with lush notes of green tea, honey, zesty lemon peel, a hint of ginger, butterscotch and vanilla. It matured for a total of 21 years, including 19 years in Fiji in former American oak bourbon barrels.
