Redbreast Pure Pot Still Irish Whiskey 12 years 0.7L 40%

A pure pot still whiskey in the old Irish tradition, which is without a doubt one of the best Irish whiskeys. Even on the nose, Redbreast Irish Whiskey 12 years shows very complex fruit notes of pear, overripe bananas, strawberries, dried apricots with a hint of vanilla and clove.

The texture is thick and creamy with a floral character and notes of burnt ginger. Very pleasant to drink!

The Legendary Silkie Red Blended Irish Whiskey 0,7L 46%
The Legendary Silkie Red Blended Irish Whiskey 0.7L 46% The Legendary Red Silkie Irish Whiskey draws inspiration not only from Donegal's folklore, but also from the county's rich history and heritage. The Legendary Red Silkie was finished in red wine casks in Rioja and Ribera. The Ribera del Duero wine region lies east of Red Hugh O'Donnell's final resting place at Simancas Castle in Spain. Wines from the Ribera region tend to be full-bodied with firm tannins, while Rioja wines lead with big fruit flavours. This combination of wine cask finishes gives the whisky an exceptional depth of character, coupled with the signature smoothness of the award-winning Silkie blend. This special bottling is available as a limited edition of 1100 bottles. Taste: Aromatic and sweet, strawberry coulis, jam. Dried fruits steeped in Earl Grey tea open up to dry wine notes and oak tannins, while retaining a crisp freshness.

Knappogue Castle 12 Jahre Bourbon Cask Matured Whiskey 0,7L 43%
Knappogue Castle 12 Years Bourbon Cask Matured Whiskey 0.7L 43% Knappogue Castle The history of the distillery is tied to the Andrews couple. They were looking for a beautiful property and in 1966 they came across a dilapidated castle ruin. The couple immediately fell in love with the property and with wife Andrews as the architect in the family, the ruins were quickly rebuilt. Mark Andrews, on the other hand, preferred to devote himself to his passion, collecting and Irish whiskey. After he thought it was perfectly matured, the whiskey was bottled and named 'Knappogue' after their country estate. 12-year-old Bourbon Cask Matured Whisky This 12-year-old whisky is a single malt that has been distilled three times and stored for 12 years in bourbon barrels. The aromas that initially pamper the senses on the nose can best be described as rich, like butter biscuits and with slightly malty notes. On the palate it is very soft in texture, one perceives it as very balanced, fruity notes with undertones of brown sugar and fine vanilla. The finish is moderately long, also with notes of brown sugar and vanilla.

Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey Lustau Edition 0,7L 46%
Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whisky Lustau Edition 0.7L 46% Manufactured by the Midleton Distillery The Midleton Irish Whiskys Distillery is one of the largest distillery companies in Ireland. It is the origin of many different brands, for example Jameson Whiskey, The Irishman Whiskeys and Redbreast Whisky are produced here. The company itself can look back on a very long history, but the distillery as we know it today has only existed since around 1975. At that time, three entrepreneurs joined forces and founded the Irish Distillers Group so that production could be combined at one location. Redbreast Lustau Edition The name of the single pot still whiskey is based on a small bird, the 'Redbreast'. It is the only bird that does not flee its homeland in the harsh, cold Irish winters. It is made from a special mash that consists of both malted and unmalted barley. This is then distilled three times in a Coppar pot still system, from which powerful and characterful whiskeys are produced and for which Irish whiskeys and especially whiskeys from the Midleton distillery are known. The Redbreast was then matured in sherry barrels from Bodega Lustau to give it a little more depth. The aroma is therefore rich in dark fruits and dried fruit, with notes of almonds and toasted oak. The finish is sweet with overtones of various spices and memories of Oloroso sherry.
