Quinta De Ventozelo
The traditional winery in the Douro region in Portugal is very well known for its exceptional wines. In close cooperation with an institute for life sciences and a company specializing in aromatic, medicinal and spice plants, the winery now also produces a craft gin. The result is an authentic gin with Mediterranean overtones.
Tasting
When you open the bottle of Craft Dry Gin, you are initially greeted by aromas from the forest and orchard. On the palate, notes of citrus peel, mint, the aroma of fresh coriander and lemon thyme and classic juniper notes then open up. Special aromas such as lavender, amaranth and forest thyme are also recognizable.
