Jack Daniels Single Barrel 100 Proof 0,7L 50%
Jack Daniels Single Barrel 100 Proof 0.7L 50% Jack Daniels The Jack Daniels distillery is an American distillery. It bears the name of its founding father. Jack Daniel's Whiskey is probably the best known whiskey in the world. Many people simply call Jack Daniel's Bourbon, although it is by no means one. According to the label, and the company is particularly proud of this, Jack Daniel's Whiskey is a Tennessee Sour Mash. This name was used to create a separate genre in 1941. However, one should not confuse the fact that it is the 'sour mash' production method that led to this name, but rather the origin of the state of Tennessee. Likewise a process in which the whisky slowly seeps over charcoal before it is filled into barrels (called charcoal mellowing, leaching or the Lincoln Country Process). This exact method was invented and used by Alfred Eaton in the place where the distillery was first located. Jack Daniels Single Barrel 100 Proof Jack Daniels Single Barrel 100 Proof is a Tennessee whisky that is filled with a higher alcohol content. The Single Barrel is bottled at (American) 100 proof, which means it has an alcohol content of a good 50% and is also a Bottled in Bond whisky. This in turn is a quality designation and means that it was bottled under customs supervision and must therefore have an alcohol content of at least 50% vol. The new Jack Daniel's reveals an excellent aroma of toasted wood, maple syrup and fruity, sweet bananas. There is also a hint of smoke, caramel and dark chocolate. At the end you can also smell nuts and nuances of spices. In the finish, the Jack Daniel's gains a little more expressiveness and is accompanied by warm, slightly sharper spices with notes of burnt wood. At the beginning you could only get a bottle of Jack Daniel's Single Barrel in selected duty free shops, but now it is easier to get one of the coveted bottles, although this bottling is a limited edition.

Jack Daniels Straight Rye Tennessee Whiskey 1,0L 45%
Jack Daniels Straight Rye Tennessee Whiskey 1.0L 45% American whiskey varieties The range of whiskeys from the United States can be roughly divided into two types: Bourbon whiskey, whose mash consists of 51% corn, and Rye whiskey, where the mash consists mainly of rye. The well-known American whiskey brand Jack Daniels, whose main whiskey is bourbon, is now jumping on the rye whiskey bandwagon with the Straight Rye Tennessee Whiskey and offering a varied alternative to the standard range, because Jack Daniels starts off with a very high rye content of a good 70%. Whilst whiskey made from corn has a rather sweet character, rye whiskey offers the exact opposite: a noticeably stronger spiciness. Jack Daniels Straight Rye Tennessee in taste The aroma is characterised by notes of grain and toasted bread. Notes of strong spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon are evident in the taste and combine with the aroma of baked biscuits and dark chocolate. In the finish, it shows its somewhat spicier side again; pepper and smoky oak notes leave a lasting impression together with a hint of sweetness.

Jack Daniels Bottled in Bond Tennessee Whiskey 0,7L 50%
Jack Daniels Bottled in Bond 100 Proof Tennessee Whiskey 0.7L 50% 100 Proof Bottled in Bond The newest member and a limited release bottling of the Jack Daniels family was first bottled for the travel retail market, but is now also available elsewhere. This 'Bottled in Bond' is intended to commemorate the year 1897. At that time, the US government passed the so-called 'Bottled-in-Bond Act'. In the 19th century, whisky was not usually bottled, which meant that many shop owners who wanted to sell it added additives or diluted the whisky after purchasing it from the distilleries in order to make more profit. Jack Daniels was one of the first companies to start bottling whisky in 1895. This was to ensure that no one could subsequently change anything in the whisky. The Botteld in Bond Act set certain requirements for the whisky to ensure its quality. One of these was, for example, bottling as 100 proof (for us that means 50% vol.) or the whisky could only come from one distillery in order to receive the quality award. Taste of the new Jack Daniels It is a very rich and strong whisky with an intense character. When you open the bottle, a lush aroma exudes. Notes of dried fruit with cinnamon, caramelized sugar and the sweet note of almonds. If you then pour a sip into the glass and let it react with the air for a moment, a wonderfully fruity bouquet opens up. You can taste green apples and the aroma of baked bananas, a little sweet Canadian maple syrup and the spice of black pepper. The aftertaste is excellent with notes of oak and toffee, ending in a persistent, warming finish.
