This exceptional rum is a blend of an agricultural rum that has been aged for 22 years and a traditional rum that has been aged for 14 years. After the marriage, the blend is first aged for 6 to 14 months in new French oak barrels and then in older "fûts roux" barrels. The Isautier Louis & Charles rum is bottled with an alcohol content of 45% vol. and has a dark amber tone. It impresses with soft, complex, fruity-sweet aromas.
