The idyllic Eyquebelle distillery is located in the picturesque south of France in the Drôme Provençale. Exclusive spirits and liqueurs are produced here according to the traditional recipes of the local monks, who have been active in this region since 1137. For the producers, the quality of their products is of the utmost importance, starting with the careful selection of the fruit growers with whom they have maintained a trusting partnership for many years. The cane sugar used in the liqueur also comes from selected partner plantations with whom they work closely to ensure consistently high quality.
This liqueur is made from the juice of the Cavaillon melon, alcohol and cane sugar, and can be used in desserts and also for a cocktail.
