To refine the taste of its whiskies, the Aberlour distillery is known for finishing in bourbon and sherry casks, which clearly characterize the taste of the whiskies. A rare cask If you translate Casg Annamh from Gaelic into German, this means 'rare cask', which is quite fitting, because only a limited number of casks are available from Batch 5.
