The Dalmore Distillery in the Scottish Highlands began as a small family distillery at the beginning of the 19th century and produces voluminous and fruity single malt Scotch whiskies. The Dalmore 1263 King Alexander Single Malt Whisky is an excellent bottling from the house, made from single malt whisky stored in former bourbon whiskey barrels and Spanish sherry barrels.
Colored in a dark gold tone, aromas of ripe fruit, sherry, toffee candy, roasted almonds, malt and fresh tones of peppermint, citrus peel and a hint of ginger root can be discovered. The body of The Dalmore 1263 King Alexander Single Malt Whisky is dry in nature and the aftertaste has a beautiful fullness and a delicious balance.
