The Pere Labat Millésime 2010 Agricole Rum is produced on the idyllic island of Marie Galante at the Poisson Distillery, the oldest distillery on the island, which is picturesquely situated between Saint-Louis and Grand-Bourg. This exclusive Pere Labat Agricole Rum is distilled from local sugarcane using a column still and aged for 8 years in bourbon barrels under tropical conditions.
Its dark amber hue is captivating, while the nose is treated to aromas of chocolate, dried fruit, and roasted coffee. On the palate, rich notes of raisins, candied fruit, caramel, and spices unfold. The finish is long and sweet, accompanied by a hint of honey.
