Founded in 1755, the Monymusk Plantation rose to fame in Jamaica. Today it is part of National Rums of Jamaica Ltd. The Monymusk Plantation 5 Years Classic Gold Rum 0.7L 40% produced here, distilled in both the column still and the pot still of the Clarendon Distillery, matures for over five years in selected, burnt American oak barrels under the tropical Jamaican sun.

This special blend enchants with complex, velvety aromas of brown cane sugar, ripe plums and molasses, accompanied by a hint of slightly bitter cocoa. The taste is soft and sweet with cane sugar and tropical fruits, while a subtle spiciness resonates in the background. The long and smooth finish once again combines notes of fruit, sweetness and cocoa.
