Nolet's Dry Gin The Reserve Nolet's "The Reserve" gin is no ordinary gin - several years have passed just to optimize the recipe. The special thing about "The Reserve" gin, which is produced in Schiedam, is that each botanical used is individually macerated and then distilled in a small copper still. The recipe clearly focuses on two botanicals - saffron and verbena. After the individual botanicals have been distilled, they are married and subjected to further maturation. This ensures that the individual aromas harmonize and an exceptional gin is created. Before bottling at a strong 52.3% vol., Carolus H.J.
