The Dorda liqueurs are named after the Dorda family and are now in the second generation. The family bought the distillery in 2003 and restored its operations. Chopin is very proud to be a family-owned business through and through, which is reflected in the fact that family members work in various areas of the company. No artificial ingredients are used in the production of the handmade liqueurs, for example the caramel for the liqueur is also handmade and finished with Maldon Sea Salt.
