Made in Belize from locally grown sugar cane produced under fair conditions, the Belizean Blue Signature Blend 0.7L 48% presents a sweet and spicy taste profile with subtle nuances of coconut and vanilla. This blend combines exquisite rum that has matured for up to 7 years in former bourbon oak barrels and was developed by an experienced master distiller from Belize.
This Belizean Blue Signature Blend Rum presents itself in a light amber tone. The nose is seduced by tempting aromas of vanilla, caramel and coconut, accompanied by a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate it is slightly sweet and at the same time gently spicy, characterized by caramel, vanilla and a delicate coconut note. The finish is long-lasting and gives the palate a bittersweet experience, accompanied by lingering vanilla notes as well as gentle spice nuances and a hint of orange.
