This recreation of an Old Tom Gin, the predominant gin category from the 19th century, was created in Germany in 2007 in a first limited edition of 600 bottles. Due to its great success, further production runs were commissioned.
Made from hand-picked, high-quality Apennine juniper berries and the best alcohol in a double distillation process under the expert hands of master distiller Hubertus Vallendar from Kail on the Moselle.
Floral and fruity notes are revealed on the nose, while fine juniper aromas and fresh citrus aromas dominate the palate.
The Secret Treasures Gin Old Tom Style was the world's first "Old Tom Style Gin" in many decades and was nominated for Spirit of the Year during the Bar-Convent 2007.
