 1. Applicability of Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions will govern all contracts between you as a consumer and

2. Offer & Acceptance
When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the order button, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an order confirmation within 3 days via e-mail to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you.
 
The contract can be concluded in either German or English.

 
3. Right to cancel 
 
You have the right to cancel the purchase of an item or services without having to give a reason at any time within seven working days, beginning, in the case of goods, on the day after you receive the goods, and in the case of
services, beginning on the day after you purchase the services (a "cooling off period"). Please be aware that you will lose your right to cancel a contract for the provision of services during the cooling-off period once we have commenced activation of the services or you use the services, whichever is the earlier. You must notify us of your cancellation in writing or in another durable medium to our contact address.

Cancellation consequences
 
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us in their original condition to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be recredited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation. Where we collect an item from you we reserve the right to charge the direct costs of recovery from the payment card used for the original order.


4. Prices and Delivery Costs

4.1. All prices are in EURO and include the VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted.

5. Delivery

5.1. We will ship all goods with UPS.

5.2. Delivery time within European Union 3-4 working days.
 
5.3. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol products in your country of residence. You are responsible to ensure alcohol deliveries are permissible in your country. We cannot be held responsible should customs clearance refuse entry of your delivery. You may be liable to pay local state taxes and/or duties upon arrival in your country. Any additional charges are the buyers responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You should contact your local Customs Department if you require further information.

6. Payment Methods

6.1. Payment can be made via cash in advance, credit card or through Paypal at www.paypal.com to the account bestellung@drinkology.de

7. Taxes & Duties

All products sold at www.drinkology.de are subject to german taxation. If we are sending products to an address within the European Union (EU), prices are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).

8. Retention of Title
The goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of  Drinkology GmbH until all goods are paid in full by the customer.

10. Storage and Accessibility of the contract
The contract´s content will be stored. You may store the general terms and conditions and readily look them up. For safety reasons your order data are not available via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
